I placed an order online for curbside pickup at 5:45 pm. We arrived at 5:50pm and tapped the I am here on the email. When we pulled up there was another car also waiting in the curbside area where we both sat and waited until 6:30 pm. Finally both myself and the person parked beside me went inside to see what the problem was. I went in through the pick up door where I told the worker I had placed a curbside order and it never came out. The worker said "oh our system is broken and it didn't alert us you were here." I told her I had been waiting a long time outside and she turns to me and says " well if you would've just called I would have known you were here." Uh no where in the confirmation email did it say I had to call inside and besides that how did I know YOUR system was broke??? There was a bunch of bags sitting on the counter and not one person thought "hey our system is down maybe we should check the curbside and see if anyone has arrived yet." I guess I'm supposed to be a mind reader and know that your system is down?? Maybe next time a note on the curbside sign would be helpful!? Our food has sat for quite awhile on the counter and by the time we got it home it was just ok. I am very disappointed in the service at this location.

Nice alternative to traditional fast food. A wide variety of sandwiches and soups. I prefer the French Dip sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli. I also like the broccoli and cheddar soup.My daughter likes Jalapeño Turkey Crunch.

Very clean and accommodating. Ordered om DoorDash, but could not modify order. Picked up order and asked if they could accommodate no bun or wrap. The representative consulted and made the transition seamless to remake sandwich on a bed of lettuce. I would definitely go back!

The food was awful at this location. Ordered a hot sandwich that came out cold. It barely had any condiments on it when I asked for more I was told there would be a fee, which would've been fine had the cashier not had an attitude. When I said there was barely any on it she replied with "well is there ANY on it?" Overall experience with this particular location was as awful as Victoria's attitude.

The Caesar salad was a huge disappointment, brown romaine lettuce old avocado, I disposed of more than half the salad and on mother's day, the front staff was amazing.

Just visited this place on Mother’s Day. This was my experience:- Entire lobby was messy. At least 70% of the tables had dishes, trash, and food. No customers in the restaurant!- Sadly, only 3 employees working- No inventory to serve their basic club sandwich.Store owner,What kind of restaurant are you operating!?

I wasn't acknowledged when I came in and the young lady that took my order just stood in front of the register, staring down at the keyboard. Didn't say hello, would you like to order, etc. She was not interested in helping me at all. Salad took 15 minutes but I was one of three people there. When it came out, it was wrong. Don't waste your time or your money.

Our food was delicious. Both of the sandwiches were clearly just made from hot and fresh ingredients. The wait time was a little longer than usual for a sandwich shop. The pricing was also a little higher than usual for a sandwich shop. Overall great quality, good service, ok pricing.

Went to pick up my mobile order at 1:05, food was very cold, sweet tea was not sweet and the front staff was rude. I was not greeted upon walking in, stood there for 5 min and was never asked anything. I had to say excuse me to get their attention and was greeted with an attitude. There was another lady that said she had been waiting 30 minutes for her mobile order only for them to say they do not know what happened to her food. This is unacceptable!

I honestly hate to give one star reviews, but having former friends that works at McAllister‘s and knowing how operation should go from a management standpoint of you and cleanliness, this McAllister‘s locations failed beyond belief. They had maybe three people in the entire restaurant while 10 tables still weren’t cleaned off. After waiting 10 minutes at the front for a employee to finally greet us She then proceeded to take our order. After taking our order, she didn’t comes out and has to redo things because she forgotten, no biggie that happens. The part that was frustrating is what happened next, and employee comes out to the table about 30 minutes after we’ve ordered and says that it’s gonna be a while before our potatoes come out because they’ve got to bake more spuds . Normally there’s not an issue with some thing like that however it’s been nice to know that prior to the 30 minutes of already waiting but it was gonna be another 30 minutes to an hour before receiving food. My mother had a salad and a drink that never made it to her, after sitting another 30 minutes, after the girl told us it was going to be a while, I went to the front desk to ask them to just cancel the order. To which the front desk employee asked the manager if I could do that, to which I don’t think she could hear me, but she made the remark didn’t they just tell them that it was going to be a while. That was for the spuds not for the drinks or the salad but never found its way within an hour to the table or anything else. She seemed resistant and hesitant to even do the right thing and cancel the order pretty simple you would think. I can honestly say it was the most unprofessional, unfriendly environment, dirty, and poorly maintained establishment of a McAllister’s I’ve ever been in traveling across the United States. The manager after an attitude and petty remarks voided the order then asked me oh did you get your drinks to which I said yes I received two out of three of them and she said oh well I accidentally voided those too . I won’t be coming back to this establishment I will 100% be staying clear I would recommend anybody be the same if they want to be treated like a human being or have an order within a timely manner
