we can never get our order in a decent AMT of time. it always takes an hr to get a walk in order of 3 pizzas..I'm done with this specific LC....world's worst little Caesars and it's a shame because the pizzas are decent and my kids love them...get people in there that know how to do their job!
Orders never ready on time….wait time is always terrible!!!!! Terrible experience every time
Pizza was hot and fresh. The line in the lobby was long and moved very slow. This location needs a drive thru to help with wait times.
Needed a quick meal, picked up two pizzas and a crazy bread, just like they say "hot and ready" in and out in five miniutes.
WOW! Where do I start. I had a few minutes to run and get lunch so I tried calling before I got there to place my order. No answer for over 30 minutes. I pulled right in front of the door and seen the workers. So i called again just to see if they would answer the phone. Still, no answer but the manager is walking around doing nothing. So I walked in, placed my order, the manager walks to the back closing the box with the Italian cheesy bread in it, hands it to me and walks away again. I get down the road and open the box to start eating and wow! The icb was so hard, until I couldn't even eat it. It was way overcooked. The bread was hard and very crunchy, the cheese was very crispy, it had no Italian seasoning on it. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have took it back and got my money back.
Waited 58 minutes on 1 pizza and 1 order of crazy bread. The pizza came out looking like it rolled around in the dryer for a little bit and the crazy bread was stuffed with cheese. I got the bread for my son who is lactose intolerant. Terrible terrible service at this location. People spend their hard earned money here and the employees are lazy and don’t give a crap.
Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered online; never received a notification via the app or by email that my order was ready. There was a 30 minute window between placing my order and it being ready online. I waited until the approx ready time before walking in. I Stood off to the side trusting that my order would appear in their pizza portal at any minute……I watched several people walk in, wait in line, only to ask if their online orders were ready. I thought, wait, that’s what the portal is for. To my surprise, their orders were just waiting in the back; NOT in the portal like it’s supposed to be. I then waited in line, finally got to the counter to ask about my order. The young lady at the counter told me it’s going to be about 10 more minutes because it just went it. ??♂️ at the time of this posting, it has been 1 hour from the time I ordered, to the time of posting. I’m never going to come to this location again.Edit: I have been watching the front counter girl just randomly asking who had what kind of pizza, and then randomly giving out pizzas to people who say that had pepperoni. She didn’t even verify who they were or if they actually ordered pizza ? she has no way of tracking who ordered what. She’s just asking random people over and over, what they ordered.Edit again: I have now been told twice that my order is in the oven and it will be 10 mins. I then hear someone from the “kitchen” yell that mine isn’t even in the oven yet. It should have been done 45 mins.
Worst customer service. The cashier was doing everything. Music blasting nobody willing to help the front cashier other employees walking around with a attitude. I don't mean to rude but employees shouldn't be coming to work with scarfs and bandannas on their head it's unprofessional. Unless for religious reasons. Other than that give your cashier a raise she deserves it. Watched everybody order bread sticks but nobody was told the special is buy one get one free and nobody got their free bread sticks
Ordered at 7:45. It was supposed to be ready by 8:30. Did not receive my order until 10. The cheese bread was fresh cooked but my Pizza was mildly warm. This was the way it was for everyone tonight. Very poor Service this time. I will not be returning any time soon. Most of the workers couldn't keep the orders straight. Everyone was asked multiple times what their orders were and they still had to wait for extended time to get it. Pizza was made but no one was getting it hot. Was told many times that they were waiting for 1 pizza to be made and yet the only thing in my order that was hot was the cheese bread.
Ordered online. Got an email saying my order was ready when it wasn't. Told the young girl at the register and she said it would be like 30 min. I couldn't wait any longer than I had already, which was about an hour, because I was traveling. I went back in after talking to my partner about the wait to ask for a cancelation and there were a ton of people. I was waiting in line and the young cashier decided to take the men before everyone else that had just come in and I do not deal with misogyny which these men clearly were showing because they cut in front of everyone (mostly women). I was livid and said I was waiting before them and the cashier rolled her eyes and continued to take their order. I immediately said you can keep rolling your eyes and go get me you manager before I cause a scene. She then huffed back there got him. She came back made made a face at me and continued to take his order. the manager was completely professional and apologized for everything and canceled my order. He is the only reason I put 2 instead of 1 stars.
