5☆ ratings I have given which is not an easy rating to obtain from me but I have to say from placing my order to getting the correct order, everything we ordered was great and honestly rare these days especially at a fast food establishment... only issue I have is the drive thru line, OH MY GOODNESS so crowded and pretty Ling wait time but hey that ANY drive thru on Hinesville Ga, garsg anywhere ha go is like that...Good food, good quality and friendly service indeed...
Paid $30 for some room temperature chicken tenders, coleslaw, and soggy fries. They didn’t give us our biscuits or dipping sauce. They tried to short us a drink but that was caught. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 6:29 pm and we finally left with our food at 6:57 pm. Staff was at least somewhat friendly.

Ordered food and, upon giving money to the girl, she returned my change, dropping roughly .83 on ground instead of placing in my hand. After informing her, she said she knew she did. Asked me to pull forward. Didn't offer to correct issue. Worst service I ever had.
Got a gratuitous amount of sas and my order got straight merked with mayo all up and down my chicken sandwich!!! Fries upsidedown in the greasy bag because apparently we wanna do our own thing and the tea was straight up lacking make no mistake this is not gods chicken ?I feel personally offended we got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea I get better field rations
Ordered a 24 piece wings, and when I got home (all the way across town) I discovered my chicken was bloody and half raw near the bone?? I called it in and the manager fixed it by remaking the order and frying them extra hard.
KFC's Free Chicken Sandwich with the app download and account creation did not work. Hope that even though I purchased over 30 dollars of food, the manage would include the sandwich. Unfortunately, they were as clueless about the promotion as I was, saying that I needed to make the purchase online when it did not say so in the fine print out the promotion handout.The dinning room was very clean looking. The service a little slow.
Done gave this place three chances and they fail to give me my complete order each I’m always missing something thru drive thru
Went through drive through. Food was typical fast food.
The staff is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. Very rude when it came to my friend trying to order through the drive thru with hard of hearing.
