They need to take “freaky fast” out of their advertising slogan and t shirts. During lunch, they were out of bread and when bread was finally cooked, they made the sandwiches in slow motion. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. I’m sorry Subway. I’m coming back. I hope you can forgive me.
Food is good and priced well. Rarely any issues with requests. Unfortunately not enough drivers for delivery. That is the one downside. Miss the reliability.
The food was great. I ordered from the app and it was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
Just came here and I can say this with full confidence, the staff working tonight are the best restaurant/ fast food workers in Hinesville!! They deserve some recognition!
Was asking a question about our w2 if it was available online because mine got sent to wrong address, this isn’t the one I worked at though thank goodness cuz all I’m trying to do is ask a question and was trying to get some food but the lady too busy to answer a yes or no question and tells her coworker to tell me to call back at 2 because their too busy…. Ok… I realize people can’t think and work anymore and here is one of those places! Subway it is!
Never been to this one, despite all the horrible reviews, I went today. Food was pretty good didn’t have any problems..***To the owner I really think it would be helpful to your customers on a rainy day (downpour) to get a covering over your drive thru ordering spot. I got soaked trying to order my food, water all in my car. It was not pleasant by any means…
Ordered food and 30 mins after I ordered I get a call saying they’re waiting on bread to cook and I’d have to wait an additional 30 mins before getting my food. An hour for one sub and still have to pay full price nope you can cancel that order and future orders from here on
Ordered 3 sandwiches. Every last one of them was done wrong. I slowly took my order and it was simple. We all got the wrong toppings!!! Kids seemed confused. It was right on receipt so the kids making sandwiches weren’t even reading them.
I order from Jimmy John's all the time. But this time my order was so wrong I ordered two turkey toms both with extra meat, I received only three pieces of meat on my sandwich. When I called to tell them that this was not extra meat they said that they had to check the camera, I was on hold for 8 minutes the worker Eric Wright said that it was made right, even though I told him I only had three pieces of meat, then I looked on my receipt, to find that he charged me for extra cheese on both subs that I did not ask for. I will be sendIng pictures of my food and receipt to corporate. This was at 8:30p.m I think that because they were closing they didn't want to fix it. The employee need to go through training again.
It's run by dumb, local high school kids who can't do simple tasks.This place screws up orders all the time. I ask for "easy" this/that, and they don't add it at all. I ask for a #4 turkey sandwich, and they don't add lettuce/tomato even though "it comes with" (yes, seriously). I ask for a quartered pickle, and they charge but don't add it in the bag. I said I do not want mayo/mustard packets, and they throw them in anyway. I don't know how hard it is to run a simple sandwich shop, particularly one that's empty every time I've walked in. You look around town, and people don't go here for lunch or dinner. The lines are all backed up at places like Zaxby's or Chipotle, but not here.I don't really want cute and friendly customer service and smiles. I want the product I paid for.Are these dumb local kids all high on pot or something?
