So, it was 08:52 Tuesday and I had gotten out of my truck to get a sandwich. 3 employees stood there while 1 ran to the door, slid and locked the door. Woah! Never had that done to me. I used to love this place. I emailed them and 2 days later- no response from Jersey Mikes- they won’t last in Hinesville treating people like that. Oh yeah- I called and the manager said it was after 9 even though it wasn’t. She said her computer was different than real time and she had to go with the computer. I wasn’t born yesterday. FYI they don’t close at 9. They close at 08:52.
Use to really love thos place but honestly I'm over it. I have not gotten my order correct the last few times I've been here. I mean I tell them what I want, I ask as they're making it and I get home to find it's still wrong. I ordered online and guess what, yep, got home order was wrong. I even logged back in to make sure I ordered everything correctly so it wasn't me. Bottom line, for $20 plus a sub, for the love of God get it right, please. Probably not going to be a next time thinking of how I've spent over $100 to be disappointed every time.

Great sandwiches and friendly stuff. The owner is working, which shows me he cares about his business and it shows, because the restaurant is clean and the food is fresh. To me the Best subs are right here. Thanks for caring about your customers.
Ahhhhhh, Jerset Mike's is one of my favorite sub sandwich place to eat at. The selections are great and the food is very fresh. I would recommend this place to eat at.
Management is horrible and disrespectful to it’s customers and to their staff members would be recommend going to subway or any other sub place than to ever go back to this location ever again
Me and my wife visited while they were packed and we got our food within about 15 minutes or less. The subs we got were packed full of food. Workers were polite. We will be going again for sure.
