We had a group of 11, our Waitress was Amber. She was so great. Handled every request of our load group. I would definitely ask to be seated in her section. Everyone's food was great, out very fast for a large group. Highly recommend!
Went there for a late lunch on a Sunday. There weren't a lot of people there, but tables were still full of dirty dishes and such. We asked our server for more time to decide what to order. She simply stood there waiting. They ran out of bananas which we found odd since they're currently running a banana heavy promotion, but we understood because it was after the Sunday breakfast and lunch rush. When we got our food both orders of pancakes had the consistency of sawdust. We decided to get containers because we both have teenagers at home and our boys will eat just about anything. When the server brought us the containers without lids, so we had to ask for them. She came back with 1 lid, even though we had 3 containers. It was fine though since 2 of the containers HAD DRIED FOOD IN THEM!! Needless to say it wasn't a good experience and we will not be back
Went for dinner on a Friday around 8:30pm. They were very slow, but this worked in our favor.We received our drinks and food in quick fashion. It was all cooked to our specifications. It was all good with the exception of the grits.
So we sat here for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. Really, we had to ask the waitress if we could order. Another 45 minutes went by and we still didn't have our food nor did our waitress check on us to see if we need a refill or anything. The waitress had a good attitude but seemed overwhelmed. I will not be coming back. When the food finally came it was cold and it didn't taste all that great.
Found was good(it is IHOP after all) but it took us over an hour to get our food. Been here multiple times and have had the same experience each time. Waitress forgot about us also. Granted she might have been new(i like to give benefit of the doubt) but everyone was having the same experience from what i was able to see.
Wao… very surprised with the lack of cooking on this one. Can even get the hot sauce because the waitress was very busy with an empty restaurant. I had the bacon cheese omelette. 1st time l do not eat it, was burn on the inside and has no cheese, layers of empty eggs. Would never visit this one again
Very slow service when it wasn’t even packed. I could understand if it was a full house but it wasn’t even close. 4 hostess’s standing around while and hardly any waitresses in sight. Took forever to get our food. The food itself was good which is why they are getting 3 stars. Asked for ketchup and she finally brought out a bottle that had one small squirt left in it. Absolutely terrible service. Will take my chances of not dying at a Waffle House before I go back here.
Placed order online, pick up time was 4:29 food was not ready when I arrived. Was told that it would be another 20 mins or so. After sitting for 30 mins greeter came out and said they were out of the item I ordered. Took an hour to revieve my order, hashbrowns and sausage were undercooked, bacon burnt. Only item worth eating were the pancakes.Dinning area had at least six tables waiting to be cleaned. Mind you they were not busy, 2 tables occupied in whole place, wont go back.
3 hour wait!!!Went with a group of 8 people. We went around 7pm. We didn't get our food until around 10pm and all at different times. Some got half of their order and didn't the rest of the same order until way later. Half of our group got to eat while the others were left waiting. I got my food last of our group after most of my group already finished eating and it was so pointless to stay to eat it that I just took it all to go. My food was hot and fresh when it arrived, but 3 hours too late. Apparently only one cook and one server all night. So I understand the situation but they need to hire people or get help from other stores or need better management or something needs to happen and make a change. Absolutely horrible wait times and no staff. But the food is good.Not going to eat at that location again until they get some staff.
I don't have issues here, night shift cooks good food when I need it the most.
