Horrible customer service. Went through drive through and employee had a full attitude and was practically yelling. They also got one of our meals wrong after saying our order 4 times.
Sorry my business was such an inconvenience. The employee with bad purple hair dye has a real attitude problem. Also gave me the wrong order...... last visit. At least McDonald's, Wendy's, Five guys, and every other burger place has given me the correct food without the attitude. What a joke, talk down to people but you take fast food orders.Glad this incident happened, went to Wayback and haven't lookedback. That place is WAY better than cook out.
Every time I go here, they can’t hear me as I am screaming at the microphone and they still say they can’t hear me… then they start saying I can’t get stuff when I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR ANY OF THAT BECAUSE THEY CANT HEAR. All I asked for 10 times was a choose one for Junior… she’s talking about I cant get sides with that meal and blah blah…. Girl I didn’t even ask for that. It’s so frustrating every time. They need to fix the speaker so they can hear properly and so you don’t have to yell and then them catch an attitude when they can’t hear you or for something that you didn’t even ask for because they can’t hear you
I ordered an chocolate milkshake and a MINT Oreo milkshake. An order of cheese fries. It was horrible, she gave me an straight up Oreo milkshake. Then a a supposed "chocolate" milkshake basically was vanilla with a tint of brown. Then, don't let me forget about this little bit of cheese fries she gave me. I haven't even touch them because I was driving. I opened them up i was shocked. The employee was very rude, she was rushing but I was the only one in line. Then the car in front of me had their milkshake throw at them. I WISH THAT COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS.
Sat in line for 30+ minutes I understand yall had an hour til closing, but the night staff is lazy as hell. I asked for cajun fries and the gave me regular fries with a Styrofoam cup of cajun spice like here u go put it on yourself. I think this is about the most disrespectful service I have ever gotten anywhere. If they don't want to work then they need to be fired. I work to hard for my money to spend it on disrespectful employees who bring discredit upon there employers.
Fast fresh and friendly the food was hot and fresh plus the cashier was friendly
When we initially started going to this location in 2020 it was clean, food was good and the orders were right. Things just haven’t been the same within the past year…maybe there was a change of staff. We have had burgers not done in the middle, only a few fries on our plate, staff either not in the mood that day or just not the customer service type but hopefully things get better soon. My kids always love stopping by.
Milk shake didn't have any of the flavor that I ordered. Taste like just vanilla shake. Second time this happened. Should taste like the flavor that is ordered.
The quality of food varies wildly. It goes from great to okay to so-so. I will definitely eat here again. Even the so-so food here is better than most other fast food places around here. And it's a very good value.
Good food, friendly service. Just wish the dinning room would have been open
