Not bad, interesting cut of chicken. Better than couple other places.Friendly staff. Good prices. Drive-thru wonky lol but it get you in and out with hot chicken.
Food is good however, the employees need better time management. There's no reason why there should be a 40 minute wait, it ain't my fault ya'll have a 50 piece dinner going out to another customer. That sound like a personal issue, your time management is eff'ed up.
Helpful staff that keeps their cool and customer service even during a rush. Tasty chicken too!
I love going to Church's for their fried okra. It is soooo good and fresh. I haven't had a bad experience here and the staff is amazing.
The chicken was good and the honey-biscuits were hot and delicious. The place was very clean and not as busy.
Drive thru line was long...waited a long time for 3 pieces of chicken & then had to go inside anyway because they got the order wrong. BUT THEY MADE IT GOOD & was very nice also!
The food is really good it’s literally just the drive-through you will sit in line close to an hour and once your in line you can’t get out because of how the drive-through is made
Great staff on this visit. Very polite and respectful. It has improved over the previous visit and seems to be getting better.
Is it so hard to just simply check the order before you give it to me. Yes everyone is facing staff shortages and yes the speaker isn't working so we have to take orders at the window.... all challenges but as the customer when you pay for something (even some inexpensive chicken that I probably dont need anyway) the least of my expectations is that I will receive what I paid for... nothing more and nothing less...
You would think that if your drive thru speaker wasn't working, you would improvise, adapt to the problem, (for instance; ie: CHICK FIL A) GET OR PUT SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO TAKE THE ORDERS OR WALKIE TALKIE OR CELL PHONE THE ORDER TO SOMEONE INSIDE TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS, we sat in the drive thru for 30 min before we found out the speaker wasn't working and once you get in line you are ****** , you get my drift
