The girl working the drive thru with the nose piercing is incredibly disrespectful. Tried to ask when my online order would be ready since it was already past time for it to be done. She talked to me like a was dirt. No idea how that behavior is acceptable or what management is thinking letting customers be mistreated for asking basic service questions.
I got a bowl and it was amazing. I have 4 stars because the cheese sauce was not fresh. It was kind of thick..
My food was very well prepared. I didn't like that right after he put the cheese on my burrito, they changed out the cheese. I didn't die though so I guess it all worked out lol
How can a restaurant that calls themselves a “Mexican Grill” never have certain items on the menu?!? Please do a better job checking your inventory better. Multiple times I’ve tried to order from them just to find out they once again have no guacamole…Surcheros, here I come!
My husband was assignment on today near this chipotle location. He drove over 20 minutes for one of the bowls. He could not eat his bowl since his rice was not cooked! I tried calling to complain but could not speak with anyone! Saturdays are the busiest days so please staff correctly to make sure meals are properly cooked without long wait times! Noone has finances to waste!
03/07/22 @ 5:30pmThis is the worst Chipotle that I've been to. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl today. The brown rice was crunchy and they gave me old guac(which I paid extra for). The guac looked dark green, almost gray(pictures posted below). My past orders from this location have been "okay." Never "great" or "exceptional." Just "okay" tasting. Today, it was terrible. I won't be coming back to this location.
As both a delivery guy and a customer I have nothing, but praise for this restaurant. They are always super quick and efficient while also being the among the kindest staff in all of Hinesville. Their food never disappoints too!
Served bad guacamole yesterday. I knew it looked bad and tasted bad but had already purchased my burrito and didn't want to throw it away. I have been on the toilet all night.
First time trying Chipotle and it did not disappoint! Poor young lady had a time wrapping that burrito. Great flavor and could easily be 2 meals. I got the chicken with chorizo! Worth a try!
Nice, clean restaurant with helpful, kind, friendly employees. My order was filled by Makaila and Bethany. These young ladies are really good at what they do. Thank you for a great dinner.
