I'm not sure why they have their workers outside lined up taking orders .. but I'll tell you what....I need to be in front of a menu when I order. And being far down the line and no menu to look at... Kind of makes me feel pressured to order. Plus, what if I always get the same thing but wanted to try something new? But now no menu to look at to decide what I want different.I just think the whole thing is asinine having the workers outside. And it definitely doesn't save time. It took me 16 minutes to place the order, pay and get my food. In my opinion. That's a bit more ridiculous.I wouldn't have taken so long if I didn't feel pressured and could just scan over a giant menu in front of my face.Needless to say, it was our first time there. And it'll be our last. The food wasn't even as good as the hype. It tasted as bland as Sunday.I would have to say Zaxby's for the win.
Not sure I've ever rated a Chick-fil-A at four stars. Food was good, store was clean and the service wasn't bad. The service at this particular location seemed sub par, still leaps and bounds above ANY other fast food restaurant, just below par for a Chick-fil-A (I used to work at one). Fix this and if I go back I'll edit my review to the usual five stars.The wait time was also a little longer than I'd expect at a Chick-fil-A, but it was negligibly longer, not a major flaw.
I come to chick fila all the time literally almost everyday. Yesterday i came it was an older white guy handing out the food (one of the managers or whatever he was) but as I pulled up he said the name of the order which I heard him say my name so I reached for the food and he snatched it back and asked me what was the name I said Taylor of course im a regular I order the same thing everything Time. I think it was rude the way he snatched the food back made me wanted to instantly get a refund and now I won’t be coming here anymore would rather take my money else where. It’s also a hit or miss with the food sometimes. A couple of times I’ve purchased food my fries were burnt and hard my nuggets were not good. Usually I would’ve gave them 5 stars but maybe a 3 will suffice im done
I ordered to deliver to my home and everytime I order (including my recent order), they don’t fill up the fries!! I’ve been receiving them only halfway! I don’t know if that’s just a thing they do now but I’m not getting my monies worth. I understand if this happens once but multiple times??? Especially after every single time I order?? Unacceptable. Please fix this issue
Chick-fil-A is the best chicken ever!! The staff is really awesome to. The staff is very friendly and has a smile on there face every time I go in to there restaurant.
Friendly service. Good food. Was a bit slow for most chik fil as but they were super busy that night. Overall a good experience.
This was my first time in Hinesville and I came through the Drive-Thru last night (Feb. 8) and was experiencing a long line. I was at the window and approached a young lady named Savanah. This ROCKSTAR was very helpful and respectful. For the short time I was waiting on my food, she was very respectful and held a nice conversation. I was set off with a warm meal and to have an amazing day. This lovely lady deserves more appreciation! Love the team and Chick-fil-a! Will be coming back!!!?
Great food. The drive thru is just to much, it needs to be completely remodeled. I dislike that the workers are out there taking orders when it could be a double drive thru with two speakers and work just as efficiently. It may be God's Chicken but I bet it's hell to work here.
This Chick-fil-A is always busy and always has fast service. I have gone through the drive-thru, dined in, and got take out. Everytime I was met with great staff and fresh food.
