If I couldgive a 0 I would.I will never dine there again.Besides the order taking over 10 minutes to fill.The manager started yelling at a crew member. AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS!these exact word I over and over etc..BYEBYEBYEBYEBYEBYEmany more times and the whole restuarant and probably people in drive through could hear her unprofessional behavior.
Upon entering the burger king the first time, my wife was mistreated by two employees, she was stared at and laughed at, and made to feel not welcome.Following this experience, I contacted customer service through the main Burger-King website, and was swiftly contacted by the manager of this branch, myself and my wife were given an apology by Theresa (the manager), and also a free meal.It was a gesture of good-will, I accepted it on behalf of my wife, as I was only in the US for a short amount of time and didn't want to make a big issue of the events, but it was definitely not acceptable.I appreciate the apology from Theresa (manager) and sincerely hope that the two employees do learn that they are in an industry of service, in which, abusing or harassing customers is not tolerated.The burger king itself is nice, it is ample with an open-type atmosphere, with large windows allowing for lots of light to flood in, giving the appearance of a nice spacious area for eating.There are a mixture of seats and booths and a self serve soda machine.The food itself, is filling and scrumptious, it had my taste buds dancing joyous song of victory, and my stomach was subdued after I decimated the burger, not only before taking a few of my wife's fries too.The expense for this lavish delicacy? $20 for two large-sized impossible burger meals.If you're a green bean, ask for them to be cooked on a separate grill.(the food would have had it receive a higher rating, as well as the atmosphere/restaurant, but it was let down by the employees).All-in-All, potential to be a 10/10 knockout place, but ruined by the bitter taste of a couple of employees who didn't have to be rude/mean but were.
So I've never had issues at this burger King, however, being that I have been in food service for over 20 years and also am a certified manager, I want to say the cleanliness and mannerisms at that store tonight and the other day when I was there is one thing that makes me unsatisfied as a customer. Food temp is a huge thing that can make people sick if not properly kept. I seen many containers of vegetables (all of which should be in a cooler at 41* or colder) were at room temp. Tonight while in the drive thru at 1030pm no one answered and online says they are open till 11pm. I drove around and the 1st window was open and a young gentleman was there. I asked if anyone was running the drive thru and taking orders. He said we only take mobile orders at this time. I only ask why and he said well we only take mobile orders and you can call corporate if you want. I told him I wasn't giving him a hard time and I wasn't upset, and he did not need to be that way with me. He then said I'm not being mean. He said well everyone comes through here and makes a big deal so I tell everyone to just call corporate. Coming from a manager stand point that if one of my employees were to act that way I would be having a conversation with them. I understand if I was rude that he act that way but I simply asked if anyone was taking orders and I received a very poor response. Please do better.
My double Whopper Jr was horrible. The bun was hard, the burger patties, were very dry, the toppings were suspect. I had a bad experience last year with this Burger King, I gave it a while and had a taste for the Whopper Jr that was promoted on TV. I'm done with this Burger King from now on. I'll try the one on the military post next time. I really like Burger King so this hurts my feelings ?.
Well I go to buger King in hinesville 3 times a month. Staff is friendly and rude depending the employee that's working.And my orders are usualy wrong.Maybe you pay should be deductedToday I ordered a number 1 and and number 3 I asked if the order was correct. The lady said yes I packed your order. Well you was not telling the truth. Ticket number 10893 order number 64, date time 5/9/2022 Time 1129 am .track it manager do your job.
Worst experience ever. First when ordering they didn't give us a chance, kept telling us to go to the first window without us being done! Then they didn't hear our full order and we had to go back to reorder what was missed! Staff was rushing and giving an impression they didn't want to be there! Once we got to eating our food wasn't what we order!! Who ever owns this needs to check up on this location !! CEO pay attention !!

I used to work here for 8 months A VERY HORRIBLE PLACE they have roaches crawling everywhere ESPECIALLY IN THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ! They want us to work like slaves for $8 won’t even give us a 1 dollar raise if we ask for it. They can NEVER keep workers they will fire you and bring you back whenever they “need” you. the general manager show favoritism. Every day it’s DRAMA. After the incident where one lady called and complained about a GLOVE being in her CHIKING I honestly feel like it should be SHUT DOWN it’s a old white man that works there name MR EDWARD he be dropping food on the floor but still putting it in the grease ! TRUST EVERYTHING I SAY.
always fast fresh hot food and friendly staff I come mostly at night and my order is always correct they get it right everytime highly recommend this location.
