Pig slop bathed in grease. Nothing was fresh, a few pieces of my sweet and sour chicken were spongey and not cooked completely through. The rice was unbelievably odd tasting, almost chemical like. Even though I'm not Asian I could tell the taste of everything was off. I'm not going to bother asking for a refund based on the reviews (I don't have the patience to argue with ghetto cashiers or entitled business owners). And no I will not accept a remake of my order. I would rather drink curdled milk out of a dirty sock or eat a homeless man's toe clippings than dine from here again. Overall the food isn't worthy enough to be in my trash can.
This place has HORRIBLE food! The first time I went I got General Tso the chicken was squishy ? it was literally like mashed potatoes when you put it in your mouth! I trashed it and swore I wouldn't go back. Then I decided to give them another try because you know people mess up and they are 5 minutes from my house. Well the teriyaki chicken I got the second time was chicken on a stick my fried rangoons were so hard you could not even bite them! I highly do not recommend eating at this restaurant!
I usually get Doordash, but since I was out running errands I figured I'd stop in. The food was great as usual, but the staff could learn some better manners.My mother and I walked in, the lady said hello, then looked down as if she was busy. So we just stood there. The other then finished her over the phone order then asked if she could help us. The first lady then jumped up and said she was waiting for us... That's definitely NOT how you ask a GUEST to place am order at your establishment. I'll go back to getting it doordashed. ?♀️
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered spring rolls multiple times from this place and they have never had shrimp in it. This time they put shrimp in it. I am highly allergic to shrimp and had an allergic reaction to it. Shrimp is also not listed as an ingredient in it anywhere on their website or menu, which it should be per FDA as it is a common allergen. If I wanted shrimp I wouldve ordered the shrimp roll. When I called about this as it is a safety issue at this point due to me having an ALLERGY to shrimp I was told I was wrong and hung up on by the manager. Never eating here again.
The food was surprisingly good, I was visiting and stop to get something to eat before I continued traveling. Definitely would go there again.
Sadly I can't comment on the quality of the food because I didn't get that far. I was all set to order for delivery and made a phone call to ask them what came with a certain dish and the person that.answered the phone was extremely rude...... answered the phone with an attitude and said "no" instead of getting an answer..............horrible customer service!!! .I'll take my business else where.
If you desire and crave chicken or shrimp egg foo young this is the spot
Food is pretty decent but their customer service is not that great. I felt awkward because of how much they seemed they hated their job, and how negative the customer service was. when I ordered and went back to pick it up. There was no hello or anything. Just “what’s the name?” ? I’ll probably go somewhere else next time honestly.
This was my first time eating here and omg the food was delicious and very hot. My food was cooked perfectly and the spice level on my shrimp fried rice was perfect. If you have not tried this restaurant be sure to stop in and place your order today. I ordered the extra spicy shrimp fried rice, beef Lo Mein, and fried wings with french fries. Update: went today 11-12-2021 ordered the Spicy General Tso Chicken this time but unfortunately it was not spicy at all, I'm not sure if the understood me when I said spicy ? but none the less the deliverd good quality And quanity of food once again.
First time ordering here and I don’t know what people are talking about there was no flavor in our food at all, never tasted so much bland food I had to add salt. Even the white rice was crunchy which I was surprised by because I enjoy white rice. I don’t do reviews but unfortunately this one I just had too since people kept recommending it.
