I wish I could give a minus because it's the unsanitary hygiene for me...I ordered in the drive through and when I pulled up the worker had her night time sleep Bonnet on at the window....WOWWWWW so disgusting who wants to receive food from someone with a Bonnet on their head....I immediately went online and complained, and not to my surprise I have yet to hear from anyone to follow up on my complaint...seems there are no management standards or maybe noone cares because when you can come to work with bed attire on your head is very trifling.
I've never had a bad experience here. Nice staff, good food, never busy.
Arby's staff and management are friendly and professional. The food has always been freshly prepared and of good quality. They also offer a happy hour between 2pm and 5pm, that offer an array of items for $1 ?

9 out of 10 times the food has been awesome and their customer service is just excellent! I have been a loyal customer for years and this particular Arby's I just love. But of course there is always one who can spoil the whole vibe! She has a very nasty attitude. Especially when my daughter was told to come for an interview one morning. 16 years old and she came back to the car damn near in tears because of the way this so called grown woman talked to her. She has always had a nasty attitude when serving customers. But this time she picked the wrong child to bully. After I got finished with her, the manager, and the general manager, and calling corporate, let's just say she has a totally different attitude. And we haven't seen her there as much. I know another of people know exactly who I am talking about.

Two stars because staff was friendly. But my food and my wife food was soaked. The curly fries were orange and hard. I ordered a small and got a medium. I ordered her a medium and got a large. It wouldn't have been so bad if I paid for what I asked for. We were hungry not starving so we knew what we wanted. Her sandwich was soggy and extremely sloppy a d my boneless chicken was soggy and drenched in sauce. Fast food in Hinesville shows me each time I try to just cook for myself.
I ordered a small to find I paid for a medium for my meal and ordered a Medium for my wife just to pay for a large. Then I get the food home and her sandwich is soggy, sloppy and gross and my boneless wings just had sauce poured on them. The curly fries and the crinkle fries with our order were gross. It was an all around horrible experience. I know that fast food in Hinesville is quite horrible but geesh I wish I checked my food before I left drive thru. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were kind.
This location always has good friendly servers. All their sandwiches are usually pretty good, so I tried the boneless wings this time..so much better than the nuggets you get everywhere else
The seasonal Cinnamon Caramel shakes are amazing!
