April 8: 2-star:. This is the first time a second trip resulted in a lower score. This time things were not average. The food was good. The drinks were not. The hostess staff and wait staff did a poor job even though it wasn't crowded. The beers arrived at the table at different levels and with no head. The strawberry margarita just looked sad. There was only sugar on half the rim, no garnishment, very little alcohol, it tasted like a strawberry lemonade in a fancy glass. The manager had no control over the restaurant or staff and quality was a mixed bag all around. This place sucked tonight, and it was way less crowded than last week.April 1: 3-star: The service was good. Very average Applebee's experience. Nothing stood out. The staff knowledge, the food, the drinks were all average and expected.
Went tonight with my family. The waiter was pretty weird. My husband asked for a side of strawberries for our 8yr old and the guy goes "ok, this is what I'm going to do for you, because you're in the Army and you're poor..." ? Like who says that?! So incredibly rude and since we spent almost $100, we would have got a nice tip, but because we're "poor", he got a $1. Won't be back.
Went on 3/3/22. The food was pretty good. Not the best Applebees I have been too, but good. The service was a little weird. They were nice, but they kept trying to give us the bill. Don’t you want us to buy more drinks and dessert? They probably would have sucked another 30 bucks out of us if my wife did not get tired of telling them we are not ready for the bill yet.
If you come to this location make sure you get David for your waiter. He makes the experience eating at a chain restaurant exciting again. He takes the time to make sure that everyone has what they need and pays attention to what he is doing
I entered this facility a few weeks ago. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff that made me feel like royalty.Walking down the carpet to my table, my nose was filled by the smell of succulent juices of sizzling meats.My god, the appetizer platter was to die for.I highly recommend the Honey Bacon Mac and Cheese if you want to satisfy all your individual senses.The water and ice tasted as if it were filtered through glaciers in Alaska. It made me feel as if I was staring right at the northern lights.
Good but bartender was more in into entertaining a few people than doing her job. My friends waited and waited. Waitress had to go stand for her to finally get the drinks.
This use to be my go to spot in town but 2021 took a toll on this place. Customer service have declined along with the food and the drinks. Female at the bar have no personality. Speaks to everyone attitude and her hand on her hips like she's at home hanging with Friends and not at work. Had to keep remaking our drinks and it still was not good, which was disappointing. Our appetizers was dry and lacking flavor. Taste like it was re warmed from the day prior. Maybe we'll try again in a few month but it's a no for me.
This visit was with friends on a Friday night. We had no wait which is amazing in this pandemic world. Our waitress was Kimberly (Dawn). She was exceptional. With all of the customers she had, she made sure that our food was good and our needs were met. She never complained and just worked so hard to make our experience very pleasant. Our food came quickly and was very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Dinner with coworker was enjoyable just one problem but it was handled and resolved by manager on duty
Always a fantastic time. Go weekly for half off appetizers. Our waiters and waitresses are always friendly and stay on top of your drinks. Their wings are a little inconsistent with sauces but overall great
