This establishment has single-handedly changed my opinion on Zaxby’s! Aside from being very aesthetically pleasing both inside and out, it is also the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve visited in quite some time. The staff are friendly, well spoken, courteous, kind, and efficient. The management/ owners are there interacting with the public and expediting things as needed. This establishment is a far cry from the other Zaxby’s restaurant in Griffin. I had sworn off going to Zaxby’s restaurants because of how lousy the north side location was. I’m glad that I gave this new location a chance, because as I said they have single-handedly changed my opinion on Zaxby’s! I’ve been there several times since they have opened and I plan to continue frequenting this Zaxby’s for many years to come.

Order was either rang in wrong or given out to someone else currently been waiting 16 minutes and just now getting my order recooked... Gave me the order and it was not made correctly, I hope to have a better experience if or when I return. Waited a total of 24 minutes to receive the correct order...
