I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. Drive-thru associates (Daniel & a girl that starts with "A") were so pleasant and the food today is the best I have gotten at ANY Zaxby's in a couple years! Do yourself a favor...forget about the past service and give them another chance!
They are so under staffed, No dine in service you have to use the drive through. Long wait. Staff' was working hard. Food was hot.
It was good a little long wait than normal but with everything the way it is I did not mind the wait.
I love Zaxbys food. I don't care for fast food but Zaxbys is my go to for drive thru. My favorite is the Cobb salad ? and the six piece chicken ? ? finger plate. When I first started ordering the Cobb salad ? it was great. The lettuce was always fresh and all the toppings were great. But tonight there was no bacon, no eggs, lettuce was old and the chicken was way over cooked and its been this way for for about the last eight times I've been there. Don't know why its so bad ?. But I'm getting tired of it.
Online order is great, don't have to wait in the hour long drive tru line but the price you pay for their TINY tenders is not worth it. $8 and change for three tenders, fries and a drink is ridiculous. All three tenders aren't even the size of one Big Chic tender.
Well I found out what I don't like at Zaxby's, the boneless wings. It came with eight, I ate three. The rest I pull the ample battering off of them and gave the meat to the dog. It's just too much breading.
Horrible experience! Ordered online for a pickup at 8:27, and was in the store at pickup time. I walked out at 8:58 with an order that tasted burnt and somewhat cold. Worker’s unprofessional, had to make my own drinks for an online order. Others came in complaining as well. Very disappointed.
I love zaxbys, but this place is buts take me 30 mins to get one meal. Went inside tried to order only for delivery and pick up.
The last two times I have ordered the 8 wing meal I have only received 6 wings. I am going to have to stop going here and go where people can make orders right.
The last few times I have been to the restaurant, they are always leaving stuff from my order off! There is always a long line and they move so slow! Food doesn’t even taste fresh! I will just start going to Chick-fil-A their food is better anyway!
