everyone is always super nice. Food is quick. Its fresh and good.I hope it stays this way bc I see other reiews saying it's not sanitary and they're always out but I haven't seen any of that yet.Maybe bc I usually go during downtime?
I’d give this Taco Bell negative stars if it was an option. First time visiting this Taco Bell… definitely my last. Went in to order dinner around 6:45-6:50 PM. Standard dinner time. Side door was locked but several customers were inside and no exterior signage was posted about dining room be closed. Otherwise, I would have been more understanding. Anyways. Thought the locked door was an accident because sometimes doors get stuck and/or people forget to unlock one door or another (NFPA fire code violation by the way). Another customer opened the door and let me in. The manager, I didn’t bother asking her name, a young shorter, heavyset black woman with glasses (clearly the manager on duty but has absolutely no business being in that position or the service industry for that matter) was incredibly rude. She yelled at the dining room and asked who let me in and then began berating me and saying, “MY DOORS ARE LOCKED FOR A REASON!” I cannot believe she had the audacity to address anyone in that manner and not fear for her job. Very unprofessional and unkind. She alone has made me rethink visiting Taco Bell as a franchise altogether… especially since this was my first in over a year because last time I got food poisoning. My suggestion would be to fire her. Especially since I can surmise from previous reviews she has a track record for being rude and running a poor night crew where they just choose not to serve customers and are content with being paid to do so. She is clearly the reason they are desperately seeking employees for hire. Horrible person. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money here.
me and my friend went to eat here for lunch, they told us that they don’t do two separate orders anymore. They made us drive around twice so that both of us could order. Then when I finally got my food there was an eyelash on my taco wrapping. The lady in the kitchen was also braiding her hair and everyone here was very rude except for the lady with the blonde hair.
Clean inside and out. Friendly, polite and respectful staff, they make you feel that they're happy to serve. There was a hateful "Karen" giving a super sweet young lady a hard time but the young lady never lost her great attitude nor let the shameful/ horrible lies being said to her get to her, at least not for anyone to see, 7 other customers and I stood up for her and refused to let the rude woman continue with her antics and lies....she had in front of us all placed her own piece of fingernail in her burrito and then tried to blame the kitchen staff and the girl who took her order. I wish I could remember her name but the entire staff that day was exceptional in every possible way before, during and after the rude woman. The food was hot and fresh made perfectly to order, for the crowded lunch rush they were perfect, little to no wait time, they kept inside(where our family of 4 were)and the drive thru moving the smoothest I've ever seen anywhere, even beat Chifilet that day. This location's entire staff and management deserves a raise or reward fitting of their work ethic, attitude, jobs beyond well done and overall commitment to excellence.
Terrible location. Night crew is especially bad. GM is rude and angry, very unpleasant to deal with.
This taco bell is the best!! Friendly staff, clean, newly updated and the staff was out of this world friendly and helpful!! We WILL be back for sure!!
I ordered eight beef burritos two tacos and got six bean burritos with so many onions they're pouring out of it no beef no tacos was told after 45 minutes when asked them to give me my money back it was then that they handed the food out and said be glad you got the food I will be speaking to the regional manager.
This particular location of Taco Bell has BY FAR the best food and service! I literally will not even bother visiting the Lovejoy or McDonough location because their service is ridiculous! They just don't care if you get your food or not. However this location gets the food out quick, the line always moves quick, the food is always hot and the order is always correct!

Supreme soft tacos are the best nd chicken quesadillas with extra jalapeno sauce is one time all time faves with supreme crunch wraps too.
