Stopped by tonight and dining room was closed. We had already started a mobile order so went through the drive thru. We pulled up and to the drive thru the person said “mobile order or door dash?” They were not taking orders at all! We had to sit and wait on our food for 15 mins and we saw many cars pull away from the drive thru. As we were waiting on our food there were 3 to 4 people standing around talking and drinking drinks while 1 or 2 (I truly believe only 1) people were making orders. There is no excuse for this! See the picture of 3 people standing around talking while we waited 15 MINS for our food. Nakia that made our food and brought it to us was so kind and apologetic for the wait. She seemed to be the only one working while everyone else stood around and talked. This is very bad for business!

I love Taco Bell but this location in particular loads your burrito or taco with so much sauce its ridiculous. There's almost no other toppings but the sauce. They have done the same to my husband and I the past 3 times we visited.
Serious raise in prices and less filling in tacos. Only reason four instead of three is dining room now open. Their two dollar veggie burrito had a lot of flavor.
It's a Taco Bell. Like every where else they are short handed but did a great job. Food was hot and prepared well. Staff was super friendly. I give the staff 5 stars. No Issues.

Incredible service in these trying times with such low staff everywhere. 10:45am, in-and-out in 10 minutes. Polite and charming service. In that short amount of time we were able to see a lot of hard working ladies, working together to do what they could for the hungry community. The food was made to order with keen attention to detail. There's a good reason why we've been going here for years.
Absolute disgrace of a restaurant!!!!! Started out by almost having a wreck on the way in. Ended with a pan handler at our window.Between that were burritos that weren't even what they were supposed to be. IT WAS ONLY BEANS!!!!!!!!! That was AFTER they forgot half of our order and didn't even give us a receipt!!!!Disgusting. Everything SUCKED.
