The worst turkey wrap I have had.
They offer ordering in the app and payment but when you get to the store they have no record of it. Until my husband said he wanted a refund then they found it. I recommend just going in the store. Too much hassle.

My wife went to pick me up a sandwich this evening they messed up on the sandwich. When I took the sandwich back the older lady acted like she really didn't want to make the sandwich and instead of saying maybe they made a mistake she was like that's what your wife ordered she want to blame anybody but herself. While getting my order corrected by the younger lady the older lady told a customer that walked in they were closed and it wasn't even close there was two minutes before they were supposed to close. I've let them know before that the computer system says they close at 10 p.m. but they keep saying no we close at 9 p.m. and the end of discussion they don't want to explain that their computer systems are wrong. If the manager of Subway gets this review please check your tape and if you have sound on it listen to the older woman's voice you can tell from the tone that she's not being nice too customers or Pleasant to them. And unfortunately you wouldn't had to like that it probably has run customers off before because it makes anybody feel unwelcome.

Friday 7/9/2021 @ 2:20. AJ is the only employee here. He was so positive and upbeat. Very impressive for someone so young to have the customer service skills he displayed. Disappointed in the management of this location. 1 person on shift and building temp is 84, A/C must be froze up. Truly great management will work beside their employees.
The People who worked there when we went were extremely rude and disrespectful they barely had any selections for the bread choices the cookies were put into a bim instead of on trays and the place looked dirty.
Someone wasn’t paying attention to what I ordered. I ordered a foot long Veggie Patty on Italian bread. Why did I get a foot long Veggie Delite on Italian Herbs and Cheese! I placed this order through Door Dash. So, when I checked my sandwich and noticed they messed up, the dasher was gone. I tried calling the store and no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional! So I’m stuck with a sandwich I order!!!
