I don't really do reviews but I had to this time because the employees got me so mad. Customer service is terrible here. I saw two employees treat a customer unfairly. The first girl was a dark skin emo with dreadlocks, when I walked up to the register she was sitting down with her phone in hand. She had a bad attitude and she didn't greet anyone. The second girl was a tall skinny light skin that can barely put her hair in a ponytail, she over charged a customer because she didn't want to do a refund. The customer just paid extra and respectfully left. It was three working but only one of them was nice, she came at the end and remade the customer drink. Please talk to them because they attitude is not Starbucks service. I'm never going back. ?
Rude. Just rude. Change employees asap. Caitlyn, rude. Girl with the locks, rude. Girl with locks saw us coming. Didnt budge. We get to the register, she moves. No hi, nothing. She clearly doesn't want to be there.I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with a shot of espresso. Legit, they made a McDonalds move and put twice the sweetner. Caitlyn at the register now. I let her know its too sweet and would like to switch to a doppio con panna, iced, with a splash of milk. They have no idea what I am talking about. I had to explain my drink. This is an actual menu item.My new drink is usually $3. The drink I ordered was probably $7. I also ask for a cheese danish. She charges me. I try to explain that my original drink was significantly higher. She says, Im not charging you for the drink. I'm charging you for the danish only. Wow. I'm done at this point and just pay for it.Third girl who just came in after all this with the round face was polite, sweet, a keeper.
Typical of what you expect in Starbucks. There is always a miscommunication of whipped cream/no whipped cream though
I always get great service and my order is prepared with a smile. The Mcdonogh, Ga. Starbucks on Hwy 20 is the absolute best I've ever ordered from. I do use Starbucks in several states across the country. The manager Isiah is the best ever and I totally respect her alone with each barrister working at this location.
This starbucks use to be a friendly location, however lately when I go to this location it seems as if the baristas don’t want to be there! Also I usually pay using EBT so now everytime I go to this location I see that I do not get greeted the same as a person paying with cash, or debit card! One lady even told me that if I am paying with ebt then I can only get a tall sized drink before! Which is not true! It’s like they judge the ebt customers or something!! Well today I ordered my drink, there was a little misunderstanding and my drink was made wrong. So I brought my drink back respectfully and asked for the drink I wanted. The Batista Caitlyn basically talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about again because this isn’t the first time she’s done this! Anyways, she makes my drink again and basically just threw it at me when she was done and said “THERE YOU GO”!!! Even after I was being respectful (I wasn’t mad or anything about the drink being made wrong however I just wanted my drink to be what I ordered) . So I told her Thankyou and grabbed by drink and left. They should really be r more respectful especially to regular customers like myself!
Have never been there will never pay what they want for a cup of coffee
Usually ,the baristas are nice at this location. Recently I’ve noticed they pretend like they are closing when it gets later into the evening. When you walk up, they quickly turn around or walk away.
Friendly service and the coffee is great.
(MOST*) of the Baristas at this Starbucks are the kindest, sweetest & most patient Baristas I’ve encountered at any Starbucks - across many different states. ??
Don't like Starbucks I mean I like the coffee they're just way too expensive for a cup of coffee really can't do it
