This location sucks!!! Please restock, remodel, re-staff. They are ALWAYS out of something or their ice cream machine is down. I went to this location 3 different times. Each time.. no ice cream machine. Like?? At this point, is it really down that much or the workers don’t want to make milkshakes? Good customer service doesn’t exist. I always get “go ahead with your order”. Like? Um Hello to you too. Don’t waste your money here.. seriously. To many other fast food spots on that same street
This location needs to be shut down, Every single time my husband & I come here there is an issue. This is ridiculous. One time we sit at the speaker for 15 minutes just for them to say the only thing they have to make sandwiches are pickles & tomatoes. & that they only had fountain drinks. It’s 6 o’clock in the day you close at 11. Tonight we go & they have 2 and one at the window and it’s 10:15 & she says “we’re not taking any more orders” you do not close until 11. This is an on going issue. This is out of control this store really needs to be shut down or needs better authority.
I use to love this sonic. Food and Ice-cream was good but now?? Every time I come they say the ice-cream machine is shut down or broken. Their ice cream is more shut down than McDonald's ice-cream machine. Its ridiculous. I have gone 2 days in a row and asked, lady was a bit rude and said it was broken. Its getting to the point where I think they are lying because they don't want to do anything.
For the second time in a couple of months, we decide to go to Sonic in Griffin for a milkshake at 9pm. And for the second time in a couple of months, and after waiting in line at the drive-thru 25 minutes, we are informed that the milkshake machine is "broken." Doesn't seem to be broken during the day shift. I asked the woman on the speaker why can't they put a sign outside so people wouldn't have to wait. She didn't have a clue. Even though I've been going to Sonic for years, I will NEVER go again.
The young lady answering and taking your order, has GREAT customer service. She thank me for choosing Sonic, told me her name, took my order. She was very pleasant. Today it's hard to get young people to work with a purpose. Thank you
Idk if the company is to blame or just people (employees). Pulled into a lane and was told they weren't serving those spots just drive thru. Pulled into drive thru and after waiting almost 30 min saw them serve someone in the pullup lanes. After another 20+ min wait was told over the speaker they were not taking any more orders. Do better Sonic...
For some reason the drive through wasn't working but curbside was. It's was late about 9:00 p.m. Went for ice cream and very good.
Pulled into a spot and was told drive-thru only which is cool so sat in drive-thru for 20mins to be told they weren't taking orders. I work customer service and I understand staffing issues but someone in that building could have come out and told the line they needed to close OR posted a sign. This location has always been hit or miss with service but the few working now really don't care in my opinion.
The food is always top notch but the service has gone downhill recently, I understand that they are short staffed and I'm not mad about the wait times but the staff could be trained to be a little more apologetic and respectful. But 10/10 on the food, good job!
Took for ever to order at the stall, but food came out at a timely manner.
