How do I make a complaint this place is a joke
Patron Expectations:As a patron, expect unacceptable customer service, rude employees, a lack of quality control, and an overall horrible customer experience. Management is unable to enhance or elevate this location's customer experience and they do not accept critical/constructive feedback so in turn it is safe to assume the quality and service will be unacceptable at any time.Overview:Lots of issues at this location... My wife and I lived in Griffin several years ago so we should have known better than to eat here. Other reviewer's testimonials are strangely similar. Everyone knows what it is like to experience poor customer service in a drive-thru, but at this Popeye's (11650) they strive to underachieve. Please take note- the problems which thrive here are not related to the current economic climate or labor shortages. It would appear most issues here stem from toxic leadership.Experience: (6.8.22)My wife went through the drive-thru and after arriving home I took a bite of a sandwich to find it was unacceptably hard. Shocked, I separated the bun and found a ridiculously-tiny piece of chicken. Trying to avoid another trip I called to see if they could issue a CC refund.Although I had a difficult time verbally communicating with the employee on the phone she instantly knew I was calling about a small sandwich. I was shocked by her explanation, 'someone retuned the same item and it was given to you by mistake'. Needless to say I was already getting in my car. The only solutions offered (1) remake the single item or (2) refund if I return in-person. It was hard to understand her logic since she was completely aware of it the issue. I expected to receive an apology, or for the manager to at least show some empathy. It was apparent she didn't care.Upon arrival I waited at the counter for a couple minutes before even being acknowledged. I expressed my concern and requested to initiate a refund for the order. She, supposedly the manager, took my CC receipt and provided me a cash refund with incorrect change. She wouldn't return the receipt and nobody had a nametag so I asked for her name. I told her I planned on filing a complaint. The response received was "You can just find out" with an attitude.I took a photo and started videoing the interaction per her instruction to "find out" who she is. This interaction took place in less than a minute. At no point was I asked to leave. After getting in my car she (manager) walked outside where I was parked and told me the POLICE are on the way! This particular business is capitalizing on the franchise name while treating customers like trash and cutting corners to skew sales.From start to finish my wife and I were treated with no respect so we filed a report with Popeye's corporate office. For whatever reason something told me to take photos prior to returning in-person and I am thankful I did. The manager(s) desperately need to undergo performance reviews and attend some form of learning to gain basic communication and soft-skills before having an opportunity to lead a team.Summary & Take-Away:Until this situation is addressed my family and I will not be customers at any location. We will defiantly not eat at this location again under any circumstance.I hope corporate will review their tapes or mine- this action and the manager's bullying, rude, behavior is unacceptable. It is a great day we live in to be able to review and document our experiences so easily. I hope this review saves someone from going through this type of treatment.
If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I ordered a nugget meal and a chicken sandwich meal today. When I got home, we saw that the meat on the sandwich was so small it wasn’t even the size of a chicken strip. When we called to complain and ask for our money back we found out from the extremely rude woman on the phone that the sandwich had been GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE FIRST WHO RETURNED IT FOR THE SAME REASON!!!! Are you serious!?!! How unsanitary and disgusting! I still can’t believe this! When my husband brought the food back for a refund, all of the employees had removed their name tags and wouldn’t give a name when asked. My husband asked the woman’s name at the counter, she hid from him and told him he could just find out….. they lost customers today, and I’m sure to them it doesn’t matter.
The manager refused to serve me just because she didn’t understand my accent. She is exhibited racist behavior. I felt embarrassed and disappointed that a public business will refuse to serve me because I am an African descent. As a naturalized citizen of United States, my grievance will not end here. I demand an apology, else I will seek a redress legally for discriminating against.

The food is always hot, and service is good. What stands out the most is how helpful the staff are. When my elderly mother had lost her money due to early onset dementia, the staff paid for her lunches. When I tried to reimburse them, they refused. I love them to death!
Their chicken nuggets to me are better than chic-fil-a and Zaxbys! Wish they had normal Dippin sauce but I'll continue using polynesian sauce. They lack in customer service in the drive thru. ? Over all great chicken and fries!
It was terrible we waited in a long line at the drive thru we ordered the 3 wings dinner the wings was small and dried out they look like they were cooked twice and they were very hard I ordered some lemonade there was no sugar in it. Would I go back again no I don't think so, the food was really bad. Neither of us enjoyed the food and Popeyes is to far to drive back and take back what we didn't eat so we just threw the rest away
First of all when we arrive to the drive-through we had to wait a long time. Then it was very hard communicating with the workers because they were not using complete English. They were out of fries and when we got to the window after we ask for dark meat we looked inside of our bags and it looks like the chicken patties that they use for the sandwiches. They didn’t have any sauce and instead of fries with a massive Tato that were runny and very very salty. They also do not have any honey or hot sauce for the dry biscuits. Definitely do not recommend This place at night time, service zero out of 10!!!! PS they also didn’t leave any napkins in the bag.
Went through the drive-through they moved very slow! The last 4 times I have came here, they never have the Chicken sandwich, and are always out of a lot of stuff! Poor service all around.
