Well all I can say about the stuffed crust pizza was that the upper crust was okay. The pizza it self was not fresh. I ordered the pepperoni with extra cheese. If I didn't know any better I would swear they make the pizzas ahead of time. I called in the pizza and was quoted 15 minutes that's cool, but I just live across the street I left my house as soon as I hung up the phone arrived at pizza hut just 5 minutes later and surprisingly my pizza was ready. Not fresh made.
We visited this restaurant on 2-13-22, on Super Bowl Sunday. Although the restaurant was super busy, employees Janita and Lionel were very courteous, upbeat and professional. The Pizzas were also Hot and Very Delicious. Lionel exceeded our expectations by bringing our pizzas out to our car. We will definitely be returning to this Pizza Hut location again. Great Job!?
The whole entire order was disgusting! Cold, raw dough, and watered-down. I called the store to tell them of these issues and the first thing out of the managers mouth was “I know my store keeps everything hot”, so I don’t know what else to say. The lady continued to cut me off and said if I wanted anything else, I needed to drive the pizza back to her. This is why I don’t waste my time with big chains, not an ounce of customer service and the customer is always wrong!
My order was prepared quickly and correctly. The employees working that day were friendly and personable.
This Pizza Hut on Zebulon rd is literally the best Pizza Hut. Everyone working there that i have ever came in contact with has the BEST customer service and the pizza is always greatKeep up the good work ❤️
I just think that the manager should be more aware of your points and be able to help you with that
No delivery driver after 9pm!!! But you advertise delivery thru 10:30pm.. no kind of update on the app to inform me..had to call local store, just to be told my order was cancelled bc of driver leaving at 9....

My pizza was just as I ordered and it was delicious! It arrived on time and the store manager delivered my order. She is a wonderful example of a leader. I was very impressed.
