Ordered a medium cheese pizza & cheese sticks in store, employees were playing while making our order. The cheese sticks were completely undercooked, when we called to ask if they could remake it, they were laughing when we answered then told us they could not. This is our second time having an order undercooked, Please don’t go to this store!
DO NOT ORDER HERE! Management and staff care nothing about what they are doing. I received a burnt pizza and a pizza that was not what I ordered and was instructed I could bring the pizza back to the store for a refund. I hope this place closes because no matter how many times you give this place a try they screw it up again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT trust me not worth it!
My family have been loyal customers for years. Tonight, we placed an order on the app as usual. The estimated delivery window was 59-69 minutes. At the 69-minute mark, I checked the tracking, and it said the pizza was "on its way." Ten minutes later, I checked again and a message popped up saying my order had been canceled 45 minutes prior, yet it was also somehow "on its way." I called the store and waited on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. We never received our pizza, AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS STILL CHARGED. Did I mention it's my son's birthday and this was supposed to be his special dinner? You owe me $ and my son an apology, Papa John's.
they won’t even ask you to hold. dial tone immediately followed by hold music. i’ve been on hold for over 45 minutes. if you would at least communicate, maybe i wouldn’t be upset.
This is by far the FASTEST and most ACCURATE Papa Johns I have ever ordered from. The first order I got from them I must admit the crust was WAY over done, but as we all know there can be a learning curve in training. Since then our orders have been perfect and the deliveries incredibly speedy.
My food is always prepared quickly and perfectly, we come here every week! Keep it up!
We ordered a large three topping pizza and 10 wings, pizza was awful-skimpy toppings, tasteless crust. Wings were under cooked and terrible. Pretty embarrassing whenever you have guests over! We won’t be ordering from here again!
Horrible. Food took forever and was cold. Never order for delivery.
Every time you call they keep you on hold for more than 45 minutes, you have to go through door dash to order which means spending more money , they never answer the phone
