The manager over takeout services was very nice with great customer service. My take out order wasn't prepared very well, so I called and explained to the team member that answered my call without resolution. That's when I asked for a manager and explained that I didn't want to go back through door dash, but I just wanted to come to the restaurant and have the order made correctly. She was very understanding and told me to ask for her. She made the order correctly and with great service. That's all I wanted was my order right and she did that. Therefore I will still order from this restaurant so long as there aren't too many more errors in preparation of my orders.
Had the seafood platter and it was delicious , the bread was great ? , we did have a long wait to order ! But the portion was so much that I will have another meal .
Please don't judge by my pictures; the food tasted great. One of our favorite family restaurants is back in full effect. We like celebrating family members' birthdays at a family style restaurant. We love their new menu choices along with our old favorites. Nothing finishes a meal like a delicious dessert; the peach cobbler is to die for, and our server, Marie, was wonderful.
Waitress (Marie) was absolutely wonderful ! She was so patient and kind , and my husband and I along with our daughter appreciated her service. The food itself was a bonus as well, we will most definitely return to O'Charleys in Griffin. Very hospitable service and great food. The seafood platter was bomb !!!! Thank you Marie ??
I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, and my husband had the catfish dinner. The coffee had to be brewed but when it came, it was great.My salad was delivered when my husband's meal came out. I was told they were heating up the soup. It took about 10 minutes for the soup to arrive, and sadly, it was only warm. I had finished the salad and had eaten a roll while waiting for the soup. Our server offered to have the soup heated but given that my husband was almost finished with his meal, I declined. While I wasn't interested in the bottomless portions, there wasn't an inquiry by our server if I wanted more.All of the food tasted good, but with the delays for different reasons, it wasn't a great experience.
We were given a 15-20 min wait time for a party of 2, we were seated in 5. Very friendly staff. Overall service was great, the food was ok. It was not hot (fresh) it seemed like it was under a heat lamp like a fast food restaurant. It was still mostly good, I'd give it another try.
Very professional service. Our server Katie was the best. Treated us as if we were the only people in the restaurant. Could not ask for better, friendly, and professional service. The food was excellent.
If you go to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Kailey A. By far the best server I've ever had there. She was very polite and attentive. We never had to ask for refills. She kept the rolls coming in hot, and made sure pur food was perfect. The food was great. Everything was cooked good and we had no issues. Thanks again Kailey. We will definitely always ask for you.
Our server Kailey is the best. She continuously made sure we had everything we needed for my son’s birthday dinner. Very nice and professional young lady
I'm sorry, but they charged a lot for the food. The food was okay. I would prefer to eat Longhorns before I eat here again. Plus the waitress did not take care of us. She was too busy talking to another couple the time we were waiting for our food. Also, another table that got there shortly after we did, received their food before we did. So disappointing. Will not go back.
