Manager was rude food was old the place is garbage. I had to pay $9.70 for barley anything because the rest was turning colors. Chipotle is right around the corner I will never go to another moe’s
I'm only giving one star for teenage worker who had good customer service. I should have turned away and went somewhere else like many of the other customers who came in after, but I had already driven 10 minutes to get to this location. All of the food looked like it had been sitting since yesterday. Even the chicken and cheese had crust on top and had to be stirred from the bottom up just to look appetizing. The staff seemed to be up to par on cleanliness, but that's only due to three people being in the restaurant for over 30 minutes. I'm praying to god that me and unborn child are okay after eating this food. This place should be closed until they can get a real staff to be able to cook food that's fresh. This is the worst 14.00 I have ever spent.
i came in with my family and we all really enjoyed the food, it was very delicious. the staff members were very welcoming. my family and i will be coming back
Had a steak bowl and it was great. The 2 young ladies working were very friendly and seemed happy to be there.Much better interior than the one near me.
Customer service seems to be going downhill. High school kid wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted and what I wanted on it. He just kept staring out the window. He barely put any chicken on my stack and didn't try to spread the guac or anything out evenly. Everything was packed up to go when we were eating at the restaurant and we had to ask for chips and half the chips were disgusting. Tasted like they were either stale or weren't cooked long enough. The drink station was very dirty and sticky.
Didn't have any meat but steak nor any queso ready cashier looked lost in space and burrito was way underpar, usually awesome and unmatched. Guess depends on staff.
I have been coming here pretty frequently but when establishments decide to make their own store hours it bothers me. The store advertises that it is open until 9pm yet the employees decided to lock up at 8pm. I think that’s poor business and I won’t be returning.
Food quality is poor compared to Moe's other locations, the staff is very very young, teenagers so they act that way about their job and service, they never are properly stocked with ingredients, often times no guac, no chips, no queso, last time I went the didn't have chicken and was running out of steak.
This place may have reached the bottom of the hill...it has been going down hill slowly.Do not bother using online or mobile app to order, they do not know how.
The rice was excellent. Everything else was a little bland. Food service area was very messy not cleaned seemed like in hours. Nothing at all to drink. Oh diet drink, which are poisonous especially for children. Water was just ok.
