Very professional and courteous staff, clean, hot fresh and fast and made to order since we wanted certain things not on our burgers and still got out our order in record time. The staff gad an incredible attitude and demeanor which made the visit all the more pleasant. The best McDonald's in Griffin, GA is this very location. The others are horrible to put ot nicely. Biggest thanks & respect to & for the management and team here for making every visit exceptional.
This McDonald's is horrible. They might get the order right half the time. They are slow. Quite often one of their drive thru speakers are not working. And they don't get the cars in order that they drive up (between the two speakers, when they are both working). This is always a frustrating experience. These days I just go to get a large tea because of the price, but I'm going to start paying more and go somewhere else.
Ordered a mcdouble with only shredded lettuce and cheese and got a small amount of the lettuce and the meat was so salty. Paid for an extra medium fry and made the person filling the orders I was missing it and their response was a put a large fry in the bag. I'm aware of that because I ordered a large meal AND an extra medium fry to have all my kids split. Horrible service.
Always have a good experience at this location. They're always friendly and fast, but they ALWAYS get my order right the first time.
Had sausage and biscuit. It was good.. Service was ok...had to use kiosk to order...
I pulled up at like 8:30 pm, and ordered a Big Mac meal with 3 different changes to the sandwich. They had it ready for me before I pulled up to the window, and they nailed the sandwich. Hot fries, hot sandwich.
Went thru drive thru. Lady wasnt very pleasant guess we all have bad days never know what someone is going thru.
Morning/Midday/before 4 pm lol, the absolute BEST Crew!!! Love everyone up here!! They are fast, efficient, and clean! I go regularly, few years ago i refused to eat here! Big ups to management and team currently at this establishment!! Keep up the ex ellent qork!!!
Order was accurate. Food was hot. Drive thru experience was fast and efficient.
Last night (1/22), I arrived at McDonalds at address 1636 US-19, Griffin Ga. @11:20pm (40 minutes before closing) and proceeded to the drive-thru to order my food. All lights were on and the building seemed completely operational at the time. After sitting at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the employees that I was there, I concluded that they had either closed early or just didn’t feel like doing their jobs. I drove away from the speaker and around the building to check if the location was closed and I noticed two employees (1 male, 1 female) in the dining area conversing. One worker was sitting and the other standing. They knew I was there, for the fact that they watched me drive up to the building and over to the drive-thru. Needless to say, I didn’t get any food from that McDonalds last night. As I stated before, I’m not sure if the store had closed early but if it hadn’t at the time I arrived, someone in management needs to evaluate their employees and make proper arrangements for employees with better work ethics.
