There are three handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The store is in excellent shape. The employees are average in their knowledge about food products sold in this restaurant. The electronic kiosk that work in this McDonald's are not user friendly. The menu is very confusing and the ice cream machine breaks down every other day in this restaurant. Overall, McDonald's service is average and the food is average as well. In the old days 10-15 years ago McDonald's was an awesome place to eat at, but not anymore.
I’ve lived near this McDonalds for the last ten years. Throughout those ten years, I have NEVER experienced decent service from the employees that work here. I just went through the line for the first time in about a year and I had to explain my order to the employee on the other end of the speaker TWICE and he ignored my order both times. Just left me sitting there in the drive-thru as if I didn’t say anything to him after the second time. I wasn’t about to repeat the same order a third time so I just drove off. To whoever it is that operates this McDonalds at a cooperate level, I’m not sure what your criteria is for choosing employees here but it isn’t working. You need to make a change asap. Nobody should have to sit in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just to be ignored after repeating your order twice already.
Worst Mcdonalds in this area. Ordered a Double QP Combo and a 6pc nugget. Reiterated no mustard as I'm allergic. Got a single QP slathered in mustard and no nuggets what-so-ever. On another day I ordered just an M&M Mcflurry. I got half a cup full of M&M's with about a scoop size amount of ice cream. They didn't even bother to mix the stuff, so I paid the price of a medium and got the amount of a small. I understand some places are short staffed but this isn't the issue considering this is consistently happening.
Typical McDonald's. Slow service. Unfriendly people. Bland and not so warm food. Wouldn't even take the order at the register. Made us use the kiosk. That's fine, but just take the register out if you're not going to use it. There wasn't even anyone at the counter. Oh well. It's McDonald's. I didn't expect much better.
Worst experience ever! Husband ordered 10 double cheese burgers 3 without mustard and they screwed that up, then he went inside to get it fixed. Manager was appallingly rude, though the burgers were remade she threw the bag at my husband. If you people want $15/hour try being polite and taking direction first! Otherwise you deserve $8/hour! Why should you get rewarded for for constantly messing up when in a real job people get fired for that!Never buying from here again!!!!!!
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to or ordered from. No matter if we order thru doordash or go to the restaurant, there are ALWAYS missing items. The quality is also always terrible. We received fries one time thay had burnt ends in them... McDonald's is a fast food restaurant but doesn't anyone at this establishment care about how they handle orders? If you don't want to do the job please choose another. I am tired of wasting time and money. It's almost starting to feel personal because every single doordash order is always missing something. How do you leave off two orders of fries but the drinks are here? How do you forget two happy meals but put the drinks? I'm so upset. We won't be ordering from this store ever again.
All we ordered was a Dr. Pepper and an unsweetened tea. We got a Dr. Pepper and a sweet tea. So he got 2 drinks and got nothing. I even confirmed at the window that it was unsweet and told, yes. ?

Last couple of times I came waited in line for 10 to 15 minutes just to get old food..every time I come to this location for lunch or dinner my fries are half filled up and food is barely warm or old. Never fresh except for in the mornings. Breakfast is ok here. If there was another McDonald’s closer to me I would go there instead. SMH
Drove in the heavy rain today to get lunch while we undecorated from Christmas. My order…Big Mac, QP with cheese , no onions, double cheese burger, ketchup only and a large Diet Coke. This is what I got….a double cheese burger in a Big Mac box, QP loaded with onion, a single cheeseburger with everything on it and a regular large Coke. Really????? I was the only car in the drive thru , so it wasn’t a case of getting the wrong order. Getting an order right should not be this difficult. This will be my last trip to this McDonalds. The manager at this location needs to get this horrible service fixed.
