Excruciating & horrible customer service ? I got a simple order kids meal then a Fry caramel frappe & crispy chicken. Intercom person told me to pull around (I figured he was still entering the code from my app for the sandwich so no total yet) I paid went to 2nd window he tells me no caramel so I have to get mocha OK fine. Then they do not have my sandwich bc the first person who repeated the code couldn't figure it out. I was told to pull into a spot now bc they had to make the sandwich. He comes with only the sandwich no drinks he went back to get the frappe but still no sprite for the kids meal I'm done. Apparently the staff including the mngr who was standing there confused do not care about satisfied customers. That is obvious from all the disparaging reviews. Get rid of the staff & start new since it's clear they do not care about their jobs. Where is the district manager? Why has no one done anything? They know simply by the comments & reviews left
I am very disappointed. A regional MANAGER should hang out between 515pm and 615pm any weekday. (This is very important if this location wants to stay in business). Yesterday, at 523pm 3-24-22, I asked when ordering, for fresh coffee. They said yes, but it's a 3 to 5 minute wait. So i agreed, pulling forward. When i paid, i repeatedly asked the cashier if she could check to see if they put on fresh coffee yet. She just stared, almost like she was in a daze, or didnt understand what i was saying. (I even asked twice). She gave me my change and still never answered. About 8 to 10 minutes later, as the cars slowly moved forward, I made it to the next window. The gentleman said they never put on the coffee yet and said i should park in the #3 spot to wait, which I did several more minutes. So, at 545pm (22 minutes after placing my order for fresh coffee, my sister-n-law walked inside to check on the coffee. Another employee (long, long braids) said no one ever made the coffee, so she asked someone else where the coffee was at, and then she made the coffee. They gave us the coffee at about 553pm, a half an hour since the order was placed. I was reluctant to give a one star review after monday and tues, and wednesdays disappointing experiences at this same McDonalds, but after yesterday's 30 minute ordeal, I thought it was necessary that a REGIONAL MANAGER examine this location undercover any afternoon, and again, from about 515pm to 615pm, to make necessary improvements with training, staff, etc. This is the closest location to downtown GRIFFIN, GA, and we would rather for this location to IMPROVE instead of us always having to drive to a different location. Anytime I can I go to this location they have the best service theEmployees they’re always kind courteous they’re always busy but that’s not their fault this is a Main area but I really enjoy coming to this McDonald’s
I visited this McDonald's today, 2/24/2022. the first issue I had was with the cashier at the first window. My total was $16.56. I handed her $20.06 and already calculated in my head that I would get back $3.50. When she handed me $3, I gave her a look. It wasn’t until my reaction that she then felt it was necessary to let me know she didn't have change and asked me if it was ok. In hindsight, I should have said no but I hesitantly told her "I guess. " Then, I got to the second window where I was handed my drinks. 2 of them were supposed to be diet cokes and one a regular coke. None of the drink indicators were pressed, so I asked which was the diet. Mind you, I'm a type 1 diabetic and have to take insulin for all sugar going into my body. She insisted that the large diet was next to the medium diet coke. when I pulled up and did a test test, that was determined to not be the truth. Both larges were regular coke. Instead of bothering the employees who apparently have trouble doing their job as it is, I went into the lobby, poured out the regular coke, and dispensed my own diet coke.
Food was hot and fresh here, the order was correct and the staff was very professional and polite no long wait in the Drive-Thru best service at McDonald's I've had in a long time! Great job
I ordered the #7. Two cheeseburger meal. The fries were cooked fine but they forgot to salt them so they didn’t taste good. The burgers were not fresh and barely warm. The edges of the buns and cheese were hard as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long.
I asked for no onions or pickles(clearly not right). There were two cars pulled up and the employee asked me to pull up when no one was behind me. I ordered 3 burgers and 3 small fries. The food was cold and the customer service was horrible except for the young man who brought out my order. Smh
Service sucks. I had two separate orders. And neither of the orders were correct. This was morning shift by the way and not the drive thru cashier it was definitely the manager that had a snobby attitude when telling her what I was missing. They look as you as if you're trying to get over them when all you're trying to do is get the product that you paid for. Granted it's fast food so mishaps are to be expected but to give 2 complete wrong orders is just awful when you don't get the respect that you gave to them. Place is ghetto, food is always warm or cold and fries always limp and soggy!!!!
Never give me the BBQ sauce even when I pay and remind them multiple times. Whats the point of a chicken nugget without sauce
Machine always down. Tried to get my son ice cream. They don't clean up the area for the ice cream.
