It is typical Little Caesar's pizza, bland and fast, usually. But this particular location will never see my business again. The older man behind the counter was incredibly rude and if it wasn't for the fact my wife needed to eat something I would have just walked out. Not sure if this individual was the manager or some shlub high school drop out mad at his station in life. Either way, that is not how you treat potential customers patronizing the business you work at. Sucks for the kids that work there as they seemed nice enough. Pretty sure the complaint I made to corporate will go unheeded and this miserable sack of flesh will continue to be the rude pushy sadness he currently is. There is better pizza out there with people happy to serve it, go elsewhere.
Why have an online ordering system if not going to use it? Placed an order online using the app at 550pm time given 611-616pm okay. I arrived at 611 and noticed no name on the pick up portal I though maybe not ready thats fine. I can wait. Lady asked and I said I am here for a online order from the pick up portal it must not be ready. Okay nothing said.Waited. As I wait other orders with simular items like my order are being placed and pick up. 30mins nothing on pick up portal. So I ask the lady working in the front are they using the portal? She states seeming very sure that not really when they are really busy. What!? I been waiting 30mins and you know that I been waiting! Well I wait even more it gets to be 645pm. I then tell the other worker I ordered onkine at 550 its been almost an hour and other customers have also ordered simular items and they are gone where is mine.I also state "I dont want the deep dish thats been sitting in the portal for over 30mins now.He goes to find the order. Get the order and its now 655pm its not correct and Cold and the deep dish has raw crust! I waited over an hour for this!!! Get it together! Corporate notified.
I was over a barrel. I offered to buy pizzas for my team during tournaments. I called one little Caesars and was asked call back in 10 minutes. They never answered the phone again. So I made the drive to order in person. There was an emergency at their store and we’re closed. I called little Caesars on Salem Road in Covington, and CORA saved my day!!! She was so sweet and understanding and had my pizzas ready to go in no time. Thank you so much CORA for understanding my need. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I admire how hard they work to fullfil their customers' orders, especially on Fridays.
Cheyenne was wonderful with her customer service! She was very polite and made sure to inform us of our wait at the drive thru for our order.
The stuffed crazy bread is soooooooo good! It's cooked fresh. It is so worth the 10 minute wait!
I'm only giving this place five stars even though I had to wait a long time because the customer service I had received from Mason was great. While I was at the window I could hear all of the other employees just messing around and laughing with each other the entire time.
I love their thin crust pizza, it is the best. Usually it takes 8 minutes for a thin crust pizza, they were extremely busy cause it took alot longer than usual but the wait was worth it.
