This griffin ga krystals has got to be the slowest krystals in the world dont ever try to eat here if you are on your lunch break. Expect 30min in the drive through with only 4 to 5 cars in the drive through. This is ridiculous. I try here often and pull off after 15 to 20 min of not moving in line . The owner of this store must not care of customer satisfaction. Eat down the street somewhere. By the way I've been sitting here now for about 15 min and am about to drive off .
Not sure what y'all have done since the reopening but, to be honest, the store went from being the worst in the area to one of the best. The food and the service is 100% better than before. I haven't gone inside yet but the drive thru is always courteous. Great job!
I went in between breakfast and lunch rushes. My order was correct, I got the food quickly, and drive thru employees were lovely people :)

I'm glad Krystal has reopened. The food is good. Only negative, once I was home I realized that part of my order was not received.
Disappointed. Second time ive driven to griffin and pulled in just to see a sign that says temporarily closed?? Whats the deal? Would really appreciate yall saying online that this location is closed.
The food was, well what you would expect from Krystal's, so not bad, the order was complete and correct, the issue was the staff was argumentative and a poor attitude, and a 2 person order (just 2 meals) took nearly half an hour from order at the speaker to getting food at the window, with 3 cars in front of us absolutely ridiculous. The take away from this, your order will probably be right, if you don't mind waiting a long time for it and keep conversations with the staff to a minimum and you'll get the food you expect from Krystal's and hopefully avoid an argument with employees so your not too irritated to eat.

The absolute worst place I've been to ride terrible employees blairing music and won't take ur order or turn the music off I've drove off 2 times won't be a third hope y'all get shut down and never work in the public again a robot will take ur place soon enough..... REDEMPTION WAS NOT WANTED!!!!! NOW THEY ARE TO LAZY TO COOK CHICKEN HAHAHA GOT DANG REALLY
