Drive thru was fast n efficient.Juanita was very professional n courteous in chat while my order was being prepared.Bucket for one was very hot n surprisingly VERY tender strips. The popcorn chicken was tasty n hot. The fries were crispy n got.The Dr pepper was flat. But that's to be expected with carbonation tanks. They gotta run out eventually
There was a roach leg cooked on the bottom of one of the biscuits THAT I NOTICED. God help us that we didn't eat roach legs for dinner tonight.
I’ve had issues in the past year with picking up DoorDash orders, but it’s been a completely different story since Malcolm and Ms. Juanita have assisted me the last few visits. They’ve been awesome!
Order mobile waited over 25 mins b4 going to the restaurant to get it . Order was not ready they didn't even have my order or know hiw to find it. 20 mins after waiting some one finally showed them how to look up a mobile order then a other 30 mins get TOGETHER TWO LARGE SIDE!!!
This restaurant scares me everything is so fast paced when you go to the window they're practically throwing the stuff inside your car that upsets me and if you look like you're going to say anything they shut the window so I really don't go there that often anymore
Shift change is not when you want to stop by this one. 20 mins but they were really nice
The person at the drive-thru was very rude just because I informed her my order was wrong. I will never go back because this is not the first time she has been nasty and rude. if you don't like your job....QUIT
Used to stop here at least twice a week, but lately, they seem to quit taking orders an hour before closing. When I do get lucky and catch them open, they can't seem to get an order correct. Wish there was a way to contact corporate. Would give 5 negative stars if possible.
Service was fast. Staff was friendly. Chicken is the best, mashed potatoes were delicious.Cons : maybe it was just my order but the biscuits were not fully cookedOther than that. I recommend
Food was hot and fresh. Order was correct. Employees were friendly. Dining room was open and pretty clean. Only problem was the heat was turned up too high and it was really hot in there.
