placed my order on line sign said open for mobile orders. Then I get to door they are closed already been in line 20 minutes and then she tells me they are closed inside. I realize things are bad and they are short staff but take sign down or put on site not taking mobile orders now. I would have stayed in line if I knew this. Thanks
I don’t want to be too critical because they were having a rush but I came as part of my chorus group & had ordered a 3-piece Nashville hot tender combo. The manager (I’m assuming) had apparently called out my order several times but neither I or the other manager (assuming) heard her. When I went to the counter to ask where my order was she got an attitude and proceeded to give me the wrong order. One of the stalls was also out of order in the womens restroom which was relatively inconvenient. Otherwise, the store was clean and I didn’t have a terrible experience.
They were so rude when ordering didn’t even give me a chance to speak and messed up my order. Plus cussing at the window !!!

Why is KFC giving beyond meat a very bad reputation. Not for sure what type of vegan food that it was made of. Almost $10.00 for this and a medium drink. One piece not shown. Also was a 10 minute wait and no one was in front of me.
It is a KFC like others and like others it is struggling because of staffing issues. However for some time (even before the employment shortage) whenever I get any food from this restaurant, if it is a sandwich or something that has a sauce / additive of some kind, they almost always forget it or barely add anything to it. This was a spicy chicken sandwich and like the Cheeto sandwich before it and any other food items I get here it's just plain chicken almost every time (there is the smallest amount of sauce on the pickles if you look closely) If you like KFC, just make sure you check your food if it is supposed to have anything on it or go to the uptown one, I believe you or have a better chance of getting what they advertised because you do not get it at this location.
The food is good and the service is excellent. I like stopping there after a hard day at work.

They work so hard here and i appreciate everybody that works there. Even through the pandemic they maintained as good as if nothing was wrong
