Our server Celia was great we didn't have to ask for anything she was on it. And she was suggestive selling. Celia also made sure I table stayed clean of dirty dishes. Thanks Celia for terrific and magnificent service
We didn't have to wait long to be seated. The food was excellent. The employees all was pitching in with one another. The manager was coming around and seeing how everyone was doing. Also helping out very impressive. I wish more managers at restaurants would be like that. She was very nice. The dining room was okay. There is one waiter named Avery B. that did a excellent job. She was very bubbly and always kept a smile on her face. Always checking on us. I really enjoyed the wonderful service she gave us. I wish there was more waiters like her. She does a great job. The belgium waffles from I hop are the best. I love them. Have really good food.
Never had a bad experience until today. My family of 4 and I came for dinner and no one said anything to us. No greeting. No I'll be right there. We wait a few minutes. & left. O'charleys has been great... greeted & seat immediately.
Would never go back to this location. Been twice and as you can see the bottom of the bag fries. We're like warm coming out. It was very slow there too and waited 10 mins before our server said hello. I will try to put the pic I took first time. Fried chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it was thin and hard as a brick. The one in McDonough beats this place hands down and this is a new location. Sad.
I walked out and went to a Buffet instead.. I took my 13 year old there as a reward for some things. As a single mom of course I'm on a budget and I'm very mindful of prices. So I allow her to order 1st which she said....She started off with a Sprite, Then her order was to be a side bowl of MAC & Cheese, mozzarella sticks and a milkshake. Again , that's a bowl of mac and cheese mozzarella sticks and a milk shake and spirit.....Her stuff alone for that little bit was $25.00! I and her sister had not even order yet. I definitely did not go to a IHOP to spend around $70 dollars.. Absolutely not. Especially for just me and my two girls at such a casual place. So we got up and left and went to Golden Corral 25 -30 away and ate what we want and as much as we wanted . ( With Desserts) :-)
This place has always been slow, but apparently bad gets worse. Two stars because the food was decent for an IHOP, but it took just short of an hour to get it. We waited like 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and had to ask the server for everything two or three times. Service is absolutely awful.
The food was very good, especially the steak and the pancakes! Our waitress was friendly. She's a trooper for serving us so late on a weeknight. She and the chef that prepared our food deserve raises.
First off, thank you, IHOP, for being open 24/7 still! Some of us need you! My friend and I went to eat here at like 3 am and we had the place to ourselves...awesome! The place was clean and the service was satisfactory. We both had a pancake combo which hit the spot! No complaints from us!
It was race day. The check in process was super easy. Our waitress was pleasant and extremely attentive even with the busyness of the establishment. Our food was amazing. I will definitely go back on my next visit to Griffin.
