The workers were very friendly but the food was warmed up, our fries were cold (they did re-cook our fries), and the fountain drinks had too much carbonation and not enough syrup. When we asked about the drinks, we were told to drink something else.It's really sad to see one of our favorite local restaurants change so drastically since the change of ownership. Unfortunately, we'll have to find a new local favorite.
Restaurant was nasty even though they were slow. Food was terrible. The patty on my willie burger wouldn't have filled up a biscuit and the service was the worst I've had anywhere in a really long time. We've been eating here for years but I'm afraid this will be the last time I spend any money here. Very sad too, it used to be one of our favorites.
I go for their onion rings. The best onion rings I have found. They are not greasy & they stay hot until you eat all of them.
Our favorite place to go when my friends and I get together or for any reason! When friends and family visit from out of town Griffith's is the 1st place they want to go. The food, the service, the people are wonderful. We always order too much because there are too many goodies on the menu. 5 stars
Our group came in for lunch. One waitress was handling most of the outside drive ins. Food was warm, not hot. Fries were undercooked. Orders were filled incorrectly.
Since the business has been sold and under new owners business has definitely taken a hit. Definitely not the great customer service like it used to be. Wasn't happy the past 2 times with very long wait times for food. (A salad)
Griffiths is still the same and that Angelica girl trippin. She just a complaining person that can never be satisfied. The feeling of open arms and positive attitudes and happy workers make the restaurant so much better. Y’all doin just fine.
I love that little spot. Here you can get freshly made hamburgers and hot dogs. Remind you of a dining and drive vibe. Great customer service. The people who work there is very friendly and attentive.
Griffith’s use to be my go to drive-in to eat. But now the service is just HORRIBLE and I will not be returning!! Ever since the new owners came in it’s really went down hill! So much seems to be changing. Prices seem to be higher for less quality food. The past few weeks I’ve went the food has been bad, soggy fries, and also there was hair in my BURGER. Super slow service, the cooks don’t have mask or gloves on. People on they’re phones and teenagers playing around. Just so much, Jeff needs to return before this place goes out of business. Seems like they lost all their good employees.
Food and staff are the absolute best around.
