Dine in service was awful ? and extremely slow. If I was in a hurry I would have walked out & spent my money ? elsewhere. There was only 2 customers inside at the time. 3 attendants & all had 1 speed SLOW!! After I finally was able to place my order I was disappointed with the coffee. It tasted like straight chocolate milk. Store was a hot mess as you can see from this photo. To add injury to insult the cashier said they discontinued military discounts.
The store was not crowded. Fast pleasant service. Like most restaurants; a little pricey
(visited 3/17/22) -They get it right every time we have gone this location ! I love dunkin but they do it right there and dont skimp out as some places do, you get what you know your paying for. customer service is excellent there and they are friendly every time my bf and I have gone. I am not sure the name but ithink receipt said her name , sonqueria ? well She is amazing , she took care of us and her coworkers seem great too. She was so friendly and you walk in there it's a great atmosphere and very professional and I am sure she is a fun person to work with just by her personality! thanks for the great service to her and her coworkers at this store!keep radiating your amazing positivity and drive!
THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER PLACES!After today I won't go here anymore. I had a stressful day and had already been waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me and I was getting impatient and the line was all the way around the building by now so I asked the lady to pull up a little bit so I could leave well she completely ignored me. So again I yelled mam will you please move up JUST LIKE A FOOT so I could get out because she was just sitting there waiting at the window on all the coffee and ice creams and donuts and things she ordered. The cashier could have asked the lady to move up but no, I hear the employee telling the lady at the window I dont know how to be patient and some people like me just need to be patient I was there stuck in that drive thru for over half an hour for nothing. At that point I was so mad I didn't want their coffee I went to Starbucks. And I will go to Starbucks from now on.Now that I think about they have been getting my order wrong the coffee is not hot. They never have the donuts we like. And the little girl working now with the red hair could be a little nicer. When she takes your order you can tell she doesn't want to.be there.
The customer service at this location is superb because Malon, Kaylee, and Tayla work as a team to get the orders out. I patronize Dunkin Donuts, and this is one of the better locations to have Dunkin Midnight in stock.I would also like to single out Malon for doing a great job at the drive-thu. Keep up the good work.
Can not get an order right,, ask them to open the bagel and toast it on the inside they keep toasting the bagel on the outside no matter how many times I ask they do it wrong stop going there because it's just too irritating when you try to explain to them talk to several other people said they had the same problem with that store
Coffee is always fresh. Whether it's an early morning hot coffee or an afternoon iced coffee I'm in the mood for the coffee is always spot on. Great customer service received both in store and through drive-thru.
My 14 year old stood at counter waiting while he was ignored by the workers. He was the only person in the facility. I went to the counter after waiting and watching in the car and said, "Excuse me". The associate turned around and rolled her eyes at me and said, "Someone will be with you in a minute", and then turned back around. They will not get my business anymore
Just the worst that I have been to slow as heck and can’t make what you order unreal come to the conclusion that QT is the best place to get coffee after 3 tries with this place no more they should give me back my money Starbucks teaches this place evidently doesn’t real dissatisfied ?
There is plenty of free parking spaces and one handicap parking space. The parking lot is extremely clean and we'll maintained. The employees are friendly and very helpful about the products sold in this restaurant. The coffee is hot and fresh and made to order. The ice cream is cold and tasty. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received here in this restaurant. I lovee my food. Awesomeness.
