Never have I had this happen flies in food area so I requested for new food from the back. I thought they would throw out the food but they didn't smh. and my chips were stale. I went back in to tell them and the young lady walk to the manger at this point I was over it I won't go to that one again in Griffin.

I’m going full Karen for this one. I didn’t know there could be such stark difference in chain restaurants. I’ve lived all over the US, and have always loved chipotle.This location is a joke. Disgusting, expired food, crunchy rice, crunchy tortillas, soggy chips, it’s really insane. I’ve tried it a few times in the hopes once the new store got into a “groove” it would be better, but it hasn’t improved at all. I’ve had burnt chicken to the point of it being black and tasting like charcoal, bowls drowning in sour cream, the burritos always have crunchy tortillas that taste like they’ve been sitting on the counter for a week, contaminated guacamole (avocado pits, chunks of meat), and just about any other bad food experience you can have.I was so excited for this location to open and was so hopeful that it would improve after a few weeks, but I’m never coming back. I’ve tried it about 5 times over the past several months and they were all either disgusting, or a literal danger to my health.I’ve lived in wealthier areas and never had a problem with Chipotle, but it seems like chipotle doesn’t care about their customers in regions with higher rates of poverty.I give it less than a year before chipotle closes down this location, or a food safety inspector shuts the place down himself.

I will not come back, because they charged to much. Plus they gave me the wrong food on purpose. The lady that was helping me looked like she was upset with me.There was another time my husband went there, and got some food. It was not all that great. They charged a whole lot for that cheese dip and gave us a little. What a rip off. My husband brought me some food, and I didn't even eat all of it, because it just didn't taste good. Like I said before, I do not want to return here. I'm sorry, but this restaurant just got here.

Been here 3 times food is always amazing. Judging from the bad experiences people seem to be ordering online so I always order then and there

Was hopeful to have a Chipotle added to our community in Griffin. However, our first visit was a letdown. The floor was gross and the counter where they prepare the food was also questionable in cleanliness. The customer service was immediately lacking. Employees appeared as zombies with no enthusiasm to be there. We were not greeted, but rather stared at until we spoke first with what we wanted to order. The chicken was burnt. We will unfortunately not return.

Omg!!! I just left this location amd when I say AMAZING. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very professional. When I say every employee was nice and polite. I had to wait for side items and a young lady jump right in and provided it. The cashier was very knowledgeable and explained why the rewards couldn't be redeem because the location is waiting on the QR system (which is understandable). The kitchen manager was just all around on his job. He made sure nothing was out on the line. The GM was watching but not micromanageing. You can definitely tell they enjoy their job, and the and the management amazing. Every location needs to take notes from this location. Hands down the best experience I've had in a long time. Will definitely visit here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!!!

Tried the restaurant the day after it opened and some of the brown rice was hard- not sure if it was undercooked or just because it was at the bottom of the container. Visited today and I tried the white rice and I’ll leave a review about this but I wanted lettuce and it was old and brown so I decided against it. My suggestion is that if the worker wouldn’t eat it then why put it out on the line.

Ordered two burrito bowls, Chips and guacamole. Container of guacamole was half full, and very chunky pieces of avocado. Bowls are half full, food was cold, tomatoes for the salsa were green and white, large pieces of onions, rice was hard. Very disappointed.

We tried it today with mixed results. Food was pretty good but the ladies working the line were not up to speed. I asked for beef at least 4 times and the girl we don’t have beef. Finally I looked up at menu and asked for steak. Additionally, the music was so loud they could not hear what you were saying. I like there food but for the price I do not want any hassles.

Please change the staff I love chipotle but this is the first worst place I have ever been …..pls
