As usual the food was good and the manager was as friendly as she always is. Today my waitress, Sarah pushed my visit over the top! Though I won't go into detail, she was better than the commercial! The gentleman who took my order was very professional and took the time to make sure what he entered was what I ordered. And amazingly enough, my order was perfect.I know that's what I should expect, but it is impossible to take good customer service for granted these days
Amazing food and even better service!
We arrived a few minutes after 10:30 and we wanted to be seated in the dining area. After a couple minutes of standing there one of the managers came up and asked if we wanted to dine in. We said yea. He said it would be a few minutes to be seated. We waited. He and another manager are behind the partition of sorts, eating hashbrowns etc. While the waitress, who has 3 tables, is apparently in the weeds. We’re still standing there waiting to be seated. Waitress proceeds to cash out customers, make some drinks, and looks at us and says she can’t seat us right now because she doesn’t want to overwhelm herself and give poor service and the other waitress doesn’t come in for another twenty minutes. Maybe she wasn’t feeling well or gets overwhelmed easily. Maybe the manager(s) should’ve seated us and at least got our drink order. That’s basic customer service y’all come on.
Hard for Chick-fil-A to miss but they do and when they miss it's like they make up for lost times. Chicken tortilla soup had lumps of cold soup in it and it was barely warm. The sweet tea was unsweetened. The fries smelled and tasted stale, they were way too salty and they appeared dark and soggy. The oil needs to be changed immediately. Needless to say I was disappointed. I called back and spoke with Kevin. He is going to make it right. Thank you Kevin.
The service was good. The usual service for Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was clean and the restroom was adequate. The chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever had. It was hard and dried out. I didn't ask for a remake of the sandwich. I let it slip by. I'm not a fan of Chick- fil, -A.
Very chaotic this day. Severely understaffed. Got a grisly piece of chicken. Couldn't eat it. Self serve was very slow. Tables in dining room and bar and self serve were all dirty. Did not get the usual hello, and did not hear one single my pleasure. This was not the usual. Chick-fil-A atmosphere I've grown to love. Completely unacceptable.
I don’t usually do reviews but what in the world is this ? If I would’ve known it’s this small I would’ve ordered something else. I called and the lady kept repeating “well it’s a breakfast fillet so it’s smaller than the lunch”. It’s literally the size of my pointer finger if not smaller and since this is my breaking point I like to point out the other times they’ve messed up my order. I had such a pleasurable encounter with the manager today! He handled a simple issue and went over and beyond! It was such a great experience as it seems lately customer service is not where it needs to be, but he let me know that no matter what's going on, he's gonna step up and each and every customer is important! Thank you again kind sir!
The people are so sweet, the food is always nice and hot, the atmosphere is pretty new and interesting and the waitresses are always checking up on you! I love this place so much!!!!! They are all like family there.
