Just left this establishment. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea and a grilled chicken sandwich with a lemon water. I get to the window like normal they give us our drinks then give us our bag and I pulled off. Had I been somewhere else I would usually check the bag.... however I didn't and realized quickly I was missing a grilled chicken sandwich. I didn't want to wait in the line again so I pulled along the side and had my daughter take the receipt and tell them what we were missing. They told her that she could be helped inside! So I took everything inside and asked for my money back and because I had paid with a card I was told it would be two to three days before it was credited back to my account. At that point I had to walk away. I'm very disappointed. I've come here quite a bit with my family. If I wanted to come inside I certainly wouldn't have went through the drive thru.
We got our food and there is a weird looking bite mark in the chicken
This is like the 3rd time we order at this locations drive thru and they just don’t put items in our bag.Last night we waited while everyone behind us got their food, which we didn’t mind they had to make our wrap and the girl at the window was so kind, But they forgot to put my food in the bag and we didn’t get any of the sauces that they charged us for even though all of this is on the receipt and we sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for it.. But they did give us a free cookie for waiting just not what we paid for lol
If I have to say one thing bad about this location it's that they are too busy! Great food and service, and everybody knows it. Drive thru is always packed. But it's still quicker than other places!
Always have a good experience at just about any of these locations. Kathy truitt has the delivery of meals down to a science! He knows how to feed the masses.

Your restaurant is faster the any other restaurant even where you are very busy. As always the employee are so helpful and so polite. The food is always hot and delicious. I wish you could teach other restaurants your techniques it would be a pleasure to go out to eat every where.
What made this visit was a great experience, I was able to dine in. Chick-fil-A food has always been great but to be able to sit down and eat my meal while it's still hot, that a great experience. Thank you Chick-fil-A! Have a great day!
It pains me to post this... BUT... we have had our order messed up pretty much EVERY TIME in the driver through in 2021.So we started going in, to make sure we got our order correctly.Tonight, we went in, and they gave us none of the sauces we requested.We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, 1 regular chicken sandwich, 2 side salads, 1 side of fries.No Chick-fil-A sauce, no avocado lime, no ranch, nothing.This restaurant is almost not worthy of the CFA name ???and I do NOT say this lightly.
