Rude employees! One of them actually threatened to drag me outside. I was doing Door Dash and the lobby door was unlocked. I was unaware the lobby was closed until they told me. There were 4 people working and the girl in the drive thru said, "I'm not fixing to move any faster for you. I get paid by the hour." The shift manager running the fry station said, It is what it is. Don't make me drag you outside." I don't know if this is corporate or franchise, but I plan to find out. They all need retraining.
Oh Burger King ?? This restaurant has been ran the same way since i worked for them in 97'! Least amount of employees, the less labor costs. Bigger bonus for GM! Only 3 people waiting on lobby for food. Got my two whopper meals. From the wrapper all the way to the burger was nothing but grease! And order was wrong! Shift manager had to tell cook to change his gloves! Slow and just all around the board confused.
Whoever is working the drive thru window should be fired and any manager that allows guests to sit in drive thru and only second in line for 47 min. She asked our very simple order over 10 times. It was 2 meals with cokes. Best part she asked our order 3 times at the window n then kept asking us every item as she packed it. Terrible aervice terribe managment. GO TO MCDONALDS!!
Was super busy inside and out in the drive through we went through, they definitely kept it moving and without having or asking any car to pull up and it'd be brought to them. Professional and Friendly, food was great, they were hard at work and efficient while still being joyful and courteous to all. Definitely will return anytime after such impressive quality, time & service.
No customers here, no service at drive thru, they don't want or need your money, and your time is of no value to them. Save your money and get something across the street.
Very rude people that work there. I ordered some food and did not receive all of my order so I had to go inside and get it and they had an attitude cause I asked for.the rest of my order.
Went here with my daughter and we were told the drive thru was closed. My daughter was set on a whopper so we parked and went inside. There was music playing through the speakers, but the staff was blaring rap music to drowned out the restaurant music. Had I not had my daughter with me, to each their own, but the music was explicit and full of profanity, it was super inappropriate for the kids in the building. I will never be back. Not a good look for the establishment or brand.
Last time I went to BK , I was getting off work and was truly hungry with a 100 dollar appetite but a 5 dollar purse ?Anywho, couldn't get served bcz the Kat who came to the drive thru mic told me that they were understaffed and basically was closed bcz of....Wth! Are you serious! I was the only one in the drive thru.... sndh!I picked up what he was putting down except for me personally as long as there wasn't a large order I couldn't handle, I would've atleast tried to fill said order.No worries though.I'm talking about the bk on expressway in Griffin Ga.
If I could give a 0 I would. Worst BK I ever went to in my life. Order Double whopper with cheese meal, Whopper Jr. meal, Double cheese burger kids meal, nugget kids meal and 2 pies. I only receive the nuggets and fries for the kids meal and 4 pies. nothing else. If you're looking for better service my suggestion is go to the BK on W Taylor instead. Just about an extra 5 min drive, but is definitely worth it.
Very slow going through the drive thru, they only taking one order at a time. They don't take the next order until they complete the current order. So expect a very long time to order and get your food. I spent over 25 minutes in line.
