Poor service and bad attitudes from employees. No labels on any ice cream tubs so don't know what anything is and workers are no help to answer. Cleanliness and hygiene lacking. Floors were sticky and employees touching cones with bare hands without washing first, no gloves in sight. Icecream itself was mediocre and had stale old cones. Do not recommend.
I couldn't wait to take my grandkids to Baskin Robins because I had such good memories from when I was a kid. The kids loved it and the ice cream was good but they didn't have the flavor I remembered. The kids were so excited. Some of the flavors weren't labeled and when we asked them the girl at the counter she mumbled and we had to ask them to repeat because we couldn't hear, and service was very slow. At one point I asked if my grandson could taste a flavor, and she proceeded to do something else. Another lady came out and I thought she would help us and she said no the other girl would get us. I won't be coming to this shop again.
They get it right ! I love dunkin but they do it right there and dont skimp out as some places do, you get what you know your paying for. customer service is excellent there and they are friendly every time my bf and I have gone. I am not sure the name but ithink receipt said her name , sonqueria ? well She is amazing , she took care of us and her coworkers seem great too. She was so friendly and you walk in there it's a great atmosphere and very professional and I am sure she is a fun person to work with just by her personality! thanks for the great service to her and her coworkers at this store!keep radiating your amazing positivity and drive!
This place doesn’t even have vanilla ice cream. They were out of every ice cream we asked for and the people in the window have a not-so-great attitude. Will skip this Baskin Robbins next time.
Pretty good and fast place to get a quick coffee or some good ice cream in the afternoons, for a good price as well
Just to Griffin location tried to open the door it was locked. Drove to drive thru. Ordered a milkshake and they pulled a McDonald's excuse that they were cleaning the machine. So we didn't order anything. Drove past the window to see 3 employees. With 3 employees the door should have been open. There was only one other car in the parking lot. Just sorry.
I came through and ordered a Cappuccino blast (Original) with whipped cream and cinnamon X2. Get to the window to pickup, its caramel i said i wanted original so they had to refix… They seemed annoyed, but i asked for original…Go back today and order an original cappuccino blast with whipped cream and cinnamon and she said no caramel right you ordered yesterday and i said yes but i ordered original… She gave me the original blast with whipped cream and no cinnamon. I said they come with cinnamon and the girl arguing said no they don’t… Um yes they do, and she said they were out anyways, she just didn’t want to fix it… They need to listen and pay attention…
This is the slowest place ever. I always have to wait WAY too long when I make the stupid decision to come get a donut. Don't waste your time and head to the local donut shop across from Kroger.
This Baskin-Robbins has got it goin on in and out in a jiffy with my ice cream im not supposed to get.?
This is my favorite Baskin Robbins.They always have what you want.My favorite is oreos cookies and cream,butter pecan on a waffle cone.Good service.
