This is my first time trying to location. The worst customer service and the worst food. The guy who takes the order is not thorough and very rude. Definitely wont get my business again!! I feel for the next customer

This is the perfect place to eat if you want to get a STOMACH VIRUS. My family and I have eaten here twice, and both times we ALL GOT SICK. I would rate this place a zero if I could.You couldn't pay me to eat here agian.
My wife and I love B&B pizza in Griffin Ga. We ordered online a xlarge supreme, a small chefs salad and a 12 piece mozzarella stick. We went and picked it up, we did not however check to see if the bag that was stapled shut contained the full order of what we purchased. Seeing it was stapled, I only assumed it was a complete order. When we got home, much to my surprise the order was missing the chefs salad. We should have checked the order before we went out the door, but we didnt. As much as we were at fault for not checking, as was the cashier who brought out a stapled and closed bag indicating that was all the order contained. That is why I gave 4 stars. I still think they have the best pizza around.
First time ordering from here because my kids seen the flyer in the mail so that's what they wanted. I placed my order at 4:20pm and my pizza was delivered at 6:20pm. I'll just stick with Papa John's ?
The lady that took my order was very nice.I was a little late arriving to pick up my food she called me to see if everything was ok.The pizza and wings were good.
The toppings tasted good but the crust wasn't good at all. We will go back, not for pizza, but spaghetti & other dishes.
Ordered pizza and wings, wings were great but pizza was sent out burnt, called to have the pizza replaced and was informed manager wasn’t in, called back following week and spoke to the manger to said they would replace the pizza and noted it on the account, attempted to claim pizza and there wasn’t a note and I ask for manager to be told he’s again not in and couldn’t claim the pizza. Call a week later to hear the manager has been busy outside for two hours and can’t talk. This is ridiculous and the manager should be fired.
