I know staffing is low. I know supplies may be in short supply. But customer service? Don't cost much.I rang the bell every time I ever ordered food here...Today i ring the gong . not good...Robo

Sitting in the drive through and watching all the workers play around! Vaping inside (NOT ALLOWED) also very unprofessional. playing around in the dinning area when it’s states on the building dinning room open. But they won’t allow you to come inside. Cars are now from the back of the building to the front waiting on their food. Whatever shift manager is working tonight should be fired with no questions asked.

This place has become a joke! I stayed at the drive thru for 6 minutes tonight at 10:50 and no one came to the speaker. As I drove around, I saw 5 or 6 employees all run towards the door cutting off all the lights. They couldn't even bother to tell me they were closing even though they saw me go to the drive thru. Website says open till 12 or 1, but you can never get anything past 10 and when you do, the food is horrible. I'm officially done with Arby's bc of how this place has just been ran into the ground.

It won’t let me post a picture but if you look at their chicken sliders & I would imagine any sliders.. The picture online is a chicken breast on a small bun what I got was half of a chicken finger on a small bun it was literally humorous. I’ve seen false advertising before but this is probably one of the most hideous versions I’ve ever seen. If I had been allowed to order in the store which I was not because Covid has closed their doors. I would never have allowed this to happen. It’s basically stealing from their customers and should be an insult to the brand if it’s going to be half a chicken finger on a little bun that’s what I should photograph

I have a 4 because I know they COULD WITH A LITTLE EFFORT GET A 5! The food is always hot and the service is always great. Just long wait times in the drive thru.

I don't like the fact that they got rid of their loaded curly fries menu item, so I settled for the jalapeño poppers for my side item instead. Those paired with the berry sauce are delicious.

I stopped going here when they got rid of the potato cakes. That was the only thing left that was good. Everything else is either soggy or old tasting. The employees are usually nice but can be rude. It's semi clean and the bathrooms are not great. I probably won't even go to Arby's again

French dip was good.Beef and cheddar was not cut in half as requested and was hard as a rock. It went right to the trash.

Most rude and disrespectful employees I’ve ever seen in my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was absolutely no one at the restaurant, went through drive thru as dining in was closed. Note stated short staffed so definitely understandable. We had a pretty big order so I figured it would take a minute since they did not have any customers it would have to be cooked especially fries and mozzarella sticks. The only thing fresh was the fries, not sure how mozzarella sticks can be cold when you have no customers, or roast sandwiches at that, but they were. Drive thru lady was very rude, guess it was inconvenient for them to have a customer. She did not speak or acknowledge anything I said which was thank you everytime I was handed drinks/food, I mean she said absolutely nothing except here when I didn't notice she was handing me another drink. I spent almost $50, won't be back again.
