They left the paper that separates the raw meat on my hamburger and it was cooked onto my hamburger and there was also a piece of chicken on it.. I ordered through doordash so it was like they didn't care what went out. I ordered the classic cheeseburger and was given the kids burger. I mean if my child had eaten that hamburger and choked on paper I would sue Applebee's. I tried to get a refund through doordash but it's such a hassle I just won't be using doordash or going to Applebee's again. Make sure you check your food to make sure there are not any non food items in your meal.
I know Applebee's is a mid quality type restaurant, but geez. We have ordered before and the food was okay, but we ordered tonight and it was just terrible. My fries were small little bottom of the fry bag type fries, like the entire order. And very soggy. The fish had huge chunks of meat that I couldn't chew through. $16.99 for that! The neighborhood cats got lucky tonight. The only person that enjoyed their meal was my 5 year old. My 2 year old near $8 dinner was a joke. A cup of great value mac n cheese and apple sauce. So disappointed.
Super fun! We went after 10pm, and our waitress was the best. The food is good, the music is catchy, and the alcohol made up for the week.
The food was good and beer was cold. Like any other Applebee's. It would have been an average experience if it wasn't for our server, Bri. She was AMAZING! She was so friendly and so sweet. Smiling the whole time. Even with her section full, Bri still was very attentive and prompt with anything that we needed.You should definitely ask for her to be your server!!
Staff was friendly and food was great. Our waitress was very attentive and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our meal and experience was pleasant.
We had a small issue that needed to be addressed and Andrea was the manager on duty which did a awesome job along with the server with making our dining experience a great Valentine's weekend outing
Our waitress Bri was absolutely wonderful and so sweet she needs a raise!!! Also Andrea, one of the managers I assume was very helpful and kind. They both were amazing!!!
Yikes. Ordered the shrimp and Parmesan sirloin and was told I ordered shrimp and bourbon street chicken. My daughter ordered her steak medium and it came out well. It took so long to get recooked we ended up having to take it to go. Not I know why Longhorn’s next door was busy and this location wasn’t. Won’t be back.
Our first time here. Our group came in for a Friday dinner. Excellent service from Tammy. Excellent food. Everything was served as ordered and was perfectly prepared.
Andrea was a phenomenal hostess, so friendly and attentive! Keri was our server and she was awesome! We always have a great experience at Griffin Applebees.
