I ordered cheddar bites with 2 marinaras. At the speaker, no one said anything about not having the marinara. They gave me my total and told me to pull around. Got to the window, since I ordered two sauces I checked to make sure I got them. What I received was ranch and the guy told me they discontinued marinara…. Ok…. This should’ve been relayed at the speaker and I wouldn’t have ordered cheddar bites. If you discontinue the sauce for cheddar bites why not discontinue the bites too? So I had to go to Kroger to get marinara to enjoy this snack.
Good place for lunch. But I do have one pet peeve about this restaurant.As of two weeks ago, they stopped supplying knifes for you to cut your chicken strips. Or your many items in your salad. WHY???? NOW I have to bring my own if and when I choose to eat in the restaurant. Bad planning on management on this stupid decision. Your don't see "Chick Fil A" doing crazy things like this stunt. Management should be ashamed of themselves in doing this. How many knifes are actually given out each day. Certainly enough in warrant in keeping them. Not doing away with them. You can't be SAVING that much money by not having them available upon request????????????
Y’all get on my last nerves. The food doesn’t taste bad at all, it’s great it’s my favorite fast food place. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the one in Gainesville GA y’all forget stuff. Y’all never give me napkins or a fork. Y’all never give me the sauce I ask for. Why do y’all want me to eat boneless wings with no fork so badly lol?! It’s happened so many times that I’m literally leaving a review, I don’t ever leave reviews for anything!
I love Zaxbys but this location makes me not want to eat it at ALL I would rather take that extra 10 mins down the road to another location. I have never been to this location and had my order done correctly and I mean never. All employees are standing around talking, laughing and playing. Manger says nothing & sometimes is even engaged with them. Someone has to take leadership here. Do better guys please
Messed up all of my groups orders. Man at the counter was too busy asking for my highschool teams snapchat to actually get our orders right. Asked for manager and said that this was “not the first time it has happened”. Very disappointed in our experience.
Love this place hater their ridiculously hot sauce not fun and my level of heat tolerance is very high YET this sauce is artificially flavored BUT aside of this the food is on my top ten for fast foods, hold up, I don't eat in many fast food joints 3-4 including Zaxby's will be back soon again. Darn Wings!
Food was good service was fast but tablets inside were dirty and no one cleaned the tablets the whole time i was eating. And maybe lable each box for what is in it... My father got my hot wings and i got his wimpy wings.

They actuaLLy (£njoy) caLLing themseLves "haters"(It's like a "thiNg" theRe) that I heard pRetty often.MostLy from Manaent (which was wieRd)>And £xpeRienced ConstantLy. Which was unpLeasant & £xhausting. The hardest working/*Kindest< employees seem to have the Very LeaSst Career Opportunities/Opportunities for Advancement. Those are basicaLLy just Reserved for the "haters" as they (actuaLLy} càLL th£mseLves. The souR£st Attitudes are the "favorites" @ Zaxby's in GainesviLLe. It's an usuaLLy toxic group of people to work with/or be around in generaL. They just, like to break your spirit. They suRe tRy anyhOw. ThAyt pretty mech semz it up. Bout aLL I gotta say about Zaxby's in Gainesville.
I really like Zaxby's, but unfortunately they were out of the White Cheddar Cheese Bites this time and the portion sizes for the food just seems to be less and less for the amount that you have to pay! I ordered the Big Zax Snack Meal and there were barely any fries and the chicken tenders were not very big. Please increase the portion sizes since we are paying at least $8 per meal. Other than that it tasted great!
The wait was much better than a week ago when the line was out in the road and did not move at all for 30 minutes unless someone gave up. I am not sure what happened that day, but the service today was most likely less than 5 minutes. The food was great, and they remembered my sauces!
