Food was old and nasty but fast service really would like a replacement order for my boneless wings meal. Chicken was so old and expired fries were cold and not good at all, soda was flat
By far the worst customer service of any Zaxby's I've ever been to. If you're going to order here, don't waste your time using the app. It's like they don't even know there's a Zaxby's app. Had to pull of to the side and wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a simple order, despite ordering ahead of time. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did actually get the order right, so, props for that way least.
This place is roach infested. I’ve seen countless times of a White lady named Crystal who I assume is a manager or team lead was being rude to staff members yells and belittles them. Tables are rarely ever clean and trash cans were filled to the brim. Drink machines rarely ever had sodas in them to run properly. However the food is amazing the cooks are excellent with keeping the food fresh. Typically it’s cold and stale but recently it’s been great. But, it’s not enough to give more stars because of how poorly the place is ran. Get rid of the bad managers or put them on another duty. Have an exterminator come out and spray the perimeter etc… it shouldn’t be this hard to run an establishment correctly. Also y’all say it’s not fast food and everything is made to order but that’s the biggest lie of them all. All of the food is pre cooked and re dropped in grease when it gets cold. How about sticking to what you describe your restaurant to be and actually cook by the order. Tell the managers to not rush the staff to cook food and just have them make the food correctly. Nobody want to eat half cooked French fries because you rushed to get them out the window early. This place is literally ran like a McDonald’s.
They took 30min to give me my salad. I know it takes a min to cook chicken, but to not let me know my order was ready or even prepare it is terrible customer service. Definitely not coming back.
I didn’t know it was possible to mess up our order in this many consecutive visits. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff is always friendly. I’m taking away 3 stars because just about every Zaxby’s in Georgia is better than this one.
Avoid this place unless you like chicken with lame sauces or expensive salads.
Terrible customer service. It never fails. I’m always disappointed when I come to this particular Zaxby’s to eat. Also over the lame excuse of labor shortage. It’s hard for me to believe you have a labor shortage when I look inside and see people standing around. For this particular visit I had to pick up for DoorDash and they had the lobby closed. I had to wait an hour plus in the drive through. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.
I don't know if it was because of the weekend but the service was really terrible. Waited almost an hour for a doordash order, called the restaurant and they said they were working on it but I ended up going inside and asking them about the order. At first they pretended they didn't have the order and didn't know what I was talking about but after I insisted they changed their minds and made the order. Several other people were also saying they've been waiting 40 minutes for their orders. You could see employees in the back standing on their phones and vaping inside the restaurant. A real shame because some of the employees we're working extra hard to make up for their co-workers.
To start off didn’t have any fries. Get home with the food literally 5 minutes away and food is cold, wings barely had any sauce on them, missing extra sauces that was charged for, nothing in the orders to replace the fries that they were out of after ordering them in place of the fries, the tenders if that’s what you want to call them looked more like nuggets from Chick-fil-A were hard. List goes on and on. Definitely won’t be back here. Should have learned after the first 2 bad experiences.
