Great food, they just got my order wrong though. Besides that everything was fantastic.

When I walked in I wasnt expecting the best since it was almost empty. One group of 4 and a couple. Food was good. I ate a burger ? and fries ?.
The burger and fries I had from there didn't taste very good. Both were really greasy. I left there expecting better for the price I paid!
Waited 30 extra minutes for my meal even though I had placed the order through the website. Came home to some soggy fries and cold wings if I could give this place 0 stars I would

Tried ordering ahead and no one picked up so I waited a little bit then tried calling again and no one picked up which is fine I understand people are short staffed so I went inside to order and the cashier is in there with her boyfriend sitting at a table just flirting it up on the clock with no one else dining in?? Also online it doesn’t state that fries come with any order so we ordered fries on the side needless to say it was way too much wings were good I wish they specified that the lemon pepper wings were wet and not dry rub
I always love coming to this WnB Josie and Stephanie always greet me with a smile and cool conversation while giving me good customer service with no problems and having my order out in a timely fashion. I will continue to come here as because of the great way they treat me never had problems and always good food thanks guys. A.V.
Burgers and wings are great here. Yes I've seen complaints of people saying some wings are small which is true but they're still delicious. When I go to Buffalo Wild Wings it's a hit or miss when they bring out wings they are bigger but most of the time I'm disappointed by the way they cook them even after I explain to them how I want them. Here at WNB factory I've never told them how to cook it but they always come out great.
