Wingstop in Gainesville is my “go to” wing restaurant. I probably order for carry out once a week and they never disappoint. Their average time from order placed to ready is 8-13 minutes and usually on the low end. The wings are always hot and the crew is always friendly. Customer service is great! I’ve been a resident of Gainesville for five years and this location continues to improve. I can’t recommend them enough.
I hesitate to write negative restaurant reviews post COVID-19 however, this is the third time in the past six months that I have ordered food from Wingstop on Dawsonville Highway and Georgia. The food arrives from door Dash cold and the seasoning on the wings is inconsistent at best. I do not think I will be ordering from this restaurant again.
They have wings cooked ahead of time and seemingly the same for the fries. We used to love wing Stop but this one wasn't good. Serve your food fresh. There were hardly any customers so no need to cook wings ahead of time. I felt like I was eating leftovers.
The food was ok the co2 was down and they knew that and still let me order a meal with a drink and didn't say anything my fiancee said something and they gave him 2 options sprite or diet coke..
i believe the managers name is amy but i come in often and every time i come in and she’s there i hear nothing but cussing and slurs WHILE THERE ARE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE i also saw workers smoking pot and it smelled like it too i do not understand why “ the general manager “ continues to run this store she needs to be replaced i don’t want to come into this store to hear a white woman say the N word , she is ridiculous. so pathetic
I've ordered from Wingstop nearly weekly and never had an issue until tonight. I usually order ALL FLATS which they charge $6 more for all flats yet didn't receive what I was charged for. One container was MOSTLY drums so they STOLE that money plus the two orders of voodoo fries I got were half full compared to full EVERY OTHER TIME I've ever ordered from them! I was ripped off and very sad because I love Wingstop but not enough to be taken advantage of when I spend at least $50 an order UP TO $100 and more sometimes. SHAME SHAME! I'll spend my money elsewhere.

As I am reading the reviews, I see people saying this wing stop is good…. It might be good during the day, but at night it’s aweful. I came here to eat dinner a few days ago. First off needless to say the employees were not attentive. I asked for my 8 piece wings to be half hot and half Lemon pepper and the employee looked at me as if he hated me. He then proceeded to ask if it was here or to go and I said here. Waited about 30 mins, workers on the phone…. Which is ok but me having to wait that long why? We were the only customers in the restaurant. Finally received our food in a to go bag, decided to just leave. The fries were very hot, but so soggy and dark. They were disgusting. The wings were not fully cooked and the hot sauce was not hot. Was better off getting anytizers wings from the frozen isle. I would not recommend.
I’m the CEO of Since Day 1 Records and yesterday I met some kids at the Sycamore Ridge Apartments in Gainesville Georgia. I promised to treat them to lunch so today I went to the Wingstop on Dawsonville Hwy to get some wings and fries for them. I ordered a very large order of wings and the cashier Brandon was extremely helpful. He made my order very easy by recommending me all sorts of combinations for my order. In the end, my order was out sooner than expected and the kids were very happy! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Brandon and the rest of the Wingstop crew for such an amazing experience.!
