I have heard such Great things about what wild wings from everyone I decided to try them. It wasn’t horrible I wasn’t slow. I ordered 30 wings with five flavors and extra crispy to go. Picked them up got to the family function and now I am 99.9% sure there was not a sauce flavor on any of them. They were also out of the flavor that we wanted to try so we had to settle for something else. I did call and speak to a manager named Todd. He was very helpful and assured me that he would make it up to myself and my husband next time we come to wild wings and we appreciate it we would love to give you another try.
Very good tasting wings and the flavors we tried were delicious. We went on a Thursday night and it was very busy because of bingo night but after around 830pm it was very pleasant since there were less people.The person taking our food and helping us while we visited was very busy but he still was friendly and he seemed happy to help.This was the first time I had visited and I was very happy I visited.Will go back but just like most good places these days it's becoming more difficult to go because of prices. We spent about 12 to 15 dollars per person and we only had the wings, some fries, and our drinks.Only two of the people that we were with at the table got alcoholic drinks and the rest had pink limonades.I really recommend the wings, I cannot say I have tried a lot of wings but these are some of the best wings I have had.
Ordered 25 wings plus additional 6 wings plus tater tots only to be told they were out of tater tots after the order was placed.. 25 wings came out and waitress said she couldn’t carry all and would bring the 6 back. She disappeared. My two dinner companions completely finished their dinner and after a 15 minute wait another waitress brought the 6. She said there was a snafu in kitchen. Asked for blue cheese dressing that I never got. When original waitress brought the tab we asked for to go drinks. Again she disappeared for 5-10 minutes. Finally came back to get our money and I mentioned drinks again. She said they were being prepared in the bar. When she came back we were informed they were out of to go cups.Overall a poor experience.Management could easily go to neighborhood grocer to buy tater tots and drink cups to please your customers.Think outside the box.
My husband and I ate here for the first time last night (Saturday). We got there around 7:30, they were extremely busy and had just about a 10 minute wait. That being said, it was less than 10, we ordered, ate and paid the check by 8:30. The service we had from our waiter Walker was above and beyond. There was another boy working named Brayden who was incredibly helpful and attentive. Very impressed with the service and food here, we will be back!
What a disappointment. I never made it to eat because, frankly, the impression at the front door was enough to turn me around and let me know this wasn't a well-run place. Believe me it was not due to overcrowded conditions. There were more employees running around than customers; however, it didn't make my question get answered any quicker. I had two gift cards for Wild Wing Cafe and I wanted to know the amount on each card. You would 'think' that I could get a reading from the check-out register before eating...however, not the case. Seems no one could figure out how to read a gift card...manager was on the phone so long in ignoring his manager-responsibilities that no employee could get his attention for help....the guy at the register went three times to try to find out from others but no one had a clue. This restaurant has hit the bottom... a sinking ship without a life preserver.
bartender was awesome and on top of things. all the food was awesome. size and price were good. didn't have to wait too long for my Togo order.
The food and service was exceptional! We had the Bleu Basil burger. Very good!
So we stopped in at approximately 9pm an hour before they closed. Walked in and the girl seated us and approximately 10 minutes went by an no one ever showed up to even take our drink order. The table right next to us, the waitress who was handling that table came and went twice but not once did anyone show up.For our first time here and this experience we will never be back and I will make sure I tell everyone how horrible the service is.No wonder the parking lot isn’t ever full!
Only reason I gave it a 3 is because every time we come the food comes out cold or close to it. We love the food, the kids food is a bit bland and you can't follow what the kids menu says, they don't get a toy or ice cream. Sometimes they offer the ice cream and sometimes they don't. Bathrooms are normally clean, the environment is welcoming. Service is a bit spotty but all in all not a bad place to take the family.
This the best wings no cap...bww's doesn't compare and neither does any other place. I've been to multiple states and this remains my favorite, where I grew up! Best wings ever yum ?
