My son and I went through the drive thru to this place only for us to get our order wrong after waiting in line for 30 minutes. Walked up to the door to have them correct the order to find both doors locked. Its business hours, so I call since the line was already wrapped around the building again to see if they would fix the order, they tell me to get back in line and wait again... Great customer service folks... bravo!!
The crew here is very hardworking. Most of the time they are short staffed, with maybe one or two people handling the drive thru intercom, putting orders together, cash registers, and making the food! Regardless, they will help you in getting anything you ask for and not make you wait forever in a drive thru line, if they can help it!Just today, I watched a kind woman, named Jackie, take orders from her drive thru headset and fill the drive thru food orders that were before & after the current order she was keying into the register. I've worked in fast food and that's not an easy task to get right. She managed it like a pro with a smile on her face. She also remained pleasant with me when I asked her for some additional (not so common) extras to go with my meal. She took the time to look around the restaurant for me to have the Splenda (sugar substitute) I asked for, even though rushing me through would've benefitted her. Her character qualities and thoughtfulness towards me as a customer are what will have me coming to this location to eat, even with the short staffing and sometimes longer wait times. I even asked Jackie for a receipt, so I could complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey on the back. It's important for hardworkers like her, who really only make enough to get by, to be recognized when they go the extra mile b/c truthfully there are not many of us who would at that compensation per hour. Wendy's you need to step it up 100 notches or so.I honestly feel like Wendy's is going down for the count? and this location didn't help their case any.The girl taking orders had no manners what so ever and all the employees looked very disheveled.
Food was hot and fresh. Employees were very nice. Best Wendy's I have been to in a long time.
Good food friendly staff but they were super slow today.
Slowest drive thru EVER. Food cold once received. They never put my sauces in the bag when I order nuggets. Why even ask me which kind I want? Because I never get them!
I went the drive thru and ordered an Apple pecan chicken salad, two dressings, two packs of the pecans, a senior sweet tea and a senior lemonade both without ice. The waitress said, very snappy, we don't have half salads. I said , I ordered a full salad. Then checking the order they gave me one vinegarette and two ranch dressings so they had to change it. And they gave me coke with ice instead of sweet tea..no ice. They did NOT apologize. They really need to get their act together.
About a month ago went to this specific Wendy and got tea. The cups and tea tasted like a very perfume taste like an air freshener. I called them and they said they would look in to the issue. Went back today and my nugget/container and bag had that same smell and taste. Will not be back anytime soon. I hope no one else has this experience.
When I pulled up to the screen to order I was with two of my friends and we each clearly stated our order. After about 30 seconds the last person went to order but the lady taking our order interrupted by telling us to pull around. Not only did we not get to finish our order, but the manager at this location and the worker, who seemed very poorly trained, were incredibly rude. When we were going to pay we asked the woman at the window if they took applepay and she did not know the answer so she called the manager over. We repeated the question to the manager who proceeded to roll her eyes and dismissively say no. Overall this experience was incredibly frustrations and I do not plan on eating at this location ever again.
Ordered online and was told once I got to the window they didn't have chili for Chilli cheese fries. Then when I got home food was cold and the bacon fried I got instead had 2 little strip of bacon on top not even chopped or broken up not made properly.worst dinner yet there
